The Space:
Positioned on the 12th floor of Heritage Towers his Apartment has a commanding view of Auckland Harbour, especially the Harbour Bridge and marina area. A good sized studio with a compact kitchen, including microwave, oven, hobs and dishwasher; and a laundry nook in the bathroom with a washing machine. Sleep well in the king-size bed with hotel quality linen. Thereâs a dining table and two chairs along with two lounge chairs to sit back and relax in after a great day out working or exploring Auckland. Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy sitting in the sun and watching the world go by, or take in the changing night lights of Auckland's Harbour Bridge.
An additional single foldaway bed is available on request. (conditions apply)
If you would like to hire the car park, please let us know. The car park is subject to availability and charged on a daily rate.
Extra bed is a single fold out portable bed. An extra linen charge will apply.

Guest Access:
The entire Apartment is for your exclusive & private use. This is a Hotel so there are areas for Hotel guests only but you will have access to the 2 pools, gym, tennis court and the spa pool on the rooftop area. Gym and pool use in the Towers is restricted to limit the number of people using them at one time
The Neighborhood:
You are so close to everything Auckland CBD can offer. Within easy walking distance to Queen St retail heaven , all the eating, entertainment and night life you can want! Business and transport Hubs are easily accessible as well. The Sky Tower is only 5 mins away, and the vibrant and exciting Viaduct harbour precinct is just down the road.
Getting Around:
Sky terminal bus station is only 5 mins away. Harbour ferry building and Britomart Train station just down the road. Close to on ramps to the main motorway.

Please note the Heritage Hotel manage and control the facilities in the Heritage Hotel and Towers.
Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.
We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property and booking restrictions & policies. These apply to inside, outside and all common areas and nearby street. These apply to all guests and those associated with our guests while they are at the property. If you unfortunately chose not to comply with these, your booking will be cancelled & you will be asked to leave immediately plus there are significant associated charges.

âą No LOUD NOISES or UNACCEPTABLE or ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR of any kind or activates or items in or on the property. Curfew is between 10pm (22.00) & 9am (09.00)
âą No DAMAGE, MISUSE, BREAKAGES or REMOVAL of the property, building, common areas or neighbours property & any contents. You are fully responsible & liable for any repairs & replacements.
âą ALL Building Management & Body Corporate rules & regulations MUST BE adhered to, including any building access requirements.
âą ALL VEHICLE PARKING instructions and restrictions need to be compiled with. Otherwise you will be TOWED, at your cost!

âą Beds: Only beds can be used for sleeping on. Linen hire is compulsory for extra beds (Inc SOFABEDS) & is an additional charge to the nightly room rental charged for guests staying.
âą Any quests staying or stayed not included in booking will be asked to leave & extra guest booking charges will apply for the whole booking period.
âą Cleaning: As part of your booking, a light after- stay guest clean is included. You are expected to leave the property in a tidy & cleanly state with all dishes cleaned & put away & beds left unmade, all table & bench tops cleared. All rubbish must be placed as instructed. If the property is not left in a tidy condition & rubbish removed as requested you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
âą For stays longer than 14 days, a guest paid refresh clean & linen change will be required as part of the booking.
âą Amenities: This property is not serviced. Short stay is about self-catering but we do provide a small array of amenities to support you for your first day. These are not replenished during your stay.
âą Luggage: Please note we DO NOT have facility to store luggage at our properties.
âą Access Keys: If you lose, damage or take the access keys you will be charged the cost of replacement plus a Pillo admin fee.
âą Locked out: If you lock yourself out you will be charged a Pillo call â out fee + any building management & security charges & any lock smith charges. You may be required to supply proof of identity & booking before being given access. Response time cannot be guaranteed.
âą Left items: At your cost (& pre âpaid) Pillo will attempt to retrieve & return any left items to you. Please note any retrieved items will only be held for one month before being disposed of
âą We do not accept any MAIL or PACKAGE deliveries. Any received will be returned to sender at your cost.
âą Cancellations: Please refer to listing cancellation policy. Please note there are no refunds if booking is cancelled once property is occupied.
