This large and spacious fully kitted-out Apartment is in the perfect spot for enjoying and working in Auckland.
Close to the Auckland spectacular harbour front, eating areas, and Auckland CBDâs top retail & business & transport hubs, it offers a spacious balcony and fantastic views.
Please note parking & some views may be obstructed by Cruise Ships. Check the Ports of Auckland website for more information.
The Space:
Princeâs Wharf is a secure and prestigious Apartment block right on the edge of Aucklandâs Harbour. The Apartment is on one level with a separate bedroom and bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining, and living. Full-length windows and the balcony run across the front of the Apartment.
The kitchen is fully fitted out with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher plus cooking and eating utensils. Clothes washing machine and dryer and hairdryer are also available.
All main bed linen and personal towels are supplied. Additional linen charges apply for put up bed. Please note this Apartment is not a serviced Apartment but to support your first couple of nights there are a complimentary amenities. These are not replenished. Please read the other T & Câs BEFORE BOOKING under the OTHER THINGS TO NOTE SECTION to ensure this property will suit your needs & you understand the property & booking restrictions & policies. By booking, all parties using the property are agreeing to be bound by them & you accept you are responsible & fully liable for any charges & fees that may result. We do ask that you & any of your accompanying guests & visitors comply with small selection of drinking and washing amenities on - hand. Local groceries stores are very close by for you to buy any additional supplies.
Please let us know if you wish to use the put-up bed as it is subject to availability and conditions and additional linen charges apply.
If you wish to book for longer than 14 days there is a booking requirement that you have a guest paid mid-stay clean.
Princes Wharf is a vibrant place and part of the viaduct entertainment area with a number of great restaurants and bars on the ground level. These can create some nighttime noise. Ear plugs are available if you are a light sleeper.
Please note this is a STRICT - NO SMOKING OR VAPING (inside and balcony) & NO PARTIES, EVENTS, AND GATHERING Property.

The entire Apartment is for your exclusive & private use.
The Neighborhood:
Then Princes Wharf and Wynyard quarter area is well know for its great variety of cafes and restaurants. The apartment block has a wine store and convenience store within the boundaries.
Getting Around:
Princes Wharf is within easy walking distance of buses, trains and the ferries.
Other Things to Note:
We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property and booking restrictions & policies. These apply to inside, outside (inc Balcony) and all common areas and a nearby street. These apply to all guests and those associated with our guests while they are at the property. If you unfortunately chose not to comply with these, your booking will be cancelled & you will be asked to leave immediately plus there are significant associated charges.
Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES:-
CHECK - IN TIME IS AFTER: 3 pm (15.00) on day of check in. CHECK - OUT TIME IS BY: 10 am (10.00) on day of check out. Charges apply if you arrive early or leave late.

âą No LOUD NOISES or UNACCEPTABLE or ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR of any kind or activates or items in or on the property. Curfew is between 10 pm (22.00) & 9 am (09.00)
âą No DAMAGE, MISUSE, BREAKAGES or REMOVAL of the property, building, common areas or neighbours property & any contents. You are fully responsible & liable for any repairs & replacements.
âą ALL Building Management & Body Corporate rules & regulations MUST BE adhered to, including any building access requirements.
âą ALL VEHICLE PARKING instructions and restrictions need to be compiled with. Otherwise you will be TOWED, at your cost!
âą No TAMPERING WITH ANY SAFETY & HEALTH DEVISES including smoke alarms
âą Additional services or Items: Charges for hire and delivery may apply and MUST be prepaid for.(Inc additional bed linen)
âą Beds: Only beds can be used for sleeping on. Linen hire is compulsory for extra beds (Inc sofa beds & put up beds) & is an additional charge to the nightly room rental charged for guests staying.
âą Any quests staying or stayed not included in booking will be asked to leave & extra guest booking charges will apply for the whole booking period.
âą Cleaning: As part of your booking, a light after- stay guest clean is included. You are expected to leave the property in a tidy & cleanly state with all dishes cleaned & put away & beds left unmade, all table & bench tops cleared. All rubbish must be placed as instructed. If the property is not left in a tidy condition & rubbish removed as requested you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
âą For stays longer than 14 days, a guest paid refresh clean & linen change will be required as part of the booking.
âą Amenities: This property is not serviced. Short stay is about self-catering but we do provide a small array of amenities to support you for your first day. These are not replenished during your stay.
âą Luggage: Please note we DO NOT have facility to store luggage at our properties but there is a Luggage storage company on Princes wharf who do provide this service.
âą Access Keys: If you lose, damage or take the access keys you will be charged the cost of replacement plus a Pillo admin fee.
âą Locked out: If you lock yourself out you will be charged a Pillo call â out fee + any building management & security charges & any lock smith charges. You may be required to supply proof of identity & booking before being given access. Response time cannot be guaranteed.
âą Left items: At your cost (& pre âpaid) Pillo will attempt to retrieve & return any left items to you. Please note any retrieved items will only be held for one month before being disposed of
âą We do not accept any MAIL or PACKAGE deliveries. Any received will be returned to sender at your cost.
âą Cancellations: Please refer to listing cancellation policy. Please note there are no refunds if booking is cancelled once property is occupied.
âą Car parks: If a car park is mentioned in the listing. Availability is not guaranteed at time of booking. Please check with us. Charges will apply and must be paid before arrival.
