This oceanfront resort studio is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, small families, solo travelers, and best friends looking for a breezy place to call home. Located in the Magic Sands Condominium Complex right next to Magic Sands Beach, you will have access to an oceanfront outdoor pool with lounge chairs, on-site restaurant Magics Beach Grill (right next door), Magic Sands Beach for an authentic Hawaiian white-sand beach experience, on-site coin-operated laundry facilities, outdoor showers, and a BBQ area with gas grills.

Upon entering this oceanfront beauty, you will be greeted by stunning and unobstructed ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. If you pay close attention, you may catch a glimpse of whales in the winter and dolphins year-round. Stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services when you need to escape the heat. This studio has a newly installed AC unit, giving you all the temperature control you might need. When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all the essentials, from a full-size fridge, oven, four-burner electric stove to a coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. Additional perks include beach gear (two beach chairs and an umbrella).

You are centrally located on Alii Drive next to the sacred La’aloa Bay, also known as Magic Sands, White Sands, and Disappearing Sands, as the sand magically disappears and reappears depending on the swell. In addition, you are within four miles south of downtown Kona, which boasts many delicious multicultural restaurants. The Kona Trolley can take you to many of the shopping destinations around Kona.
