Bienvenue dans le meilleur emplacement que White Sands Village a à offrir. Cette unité premium est située au 2ème étage et fait face à la plage Magic Sands.
Cette unité de coin étonnante a une masse enveloppante lanai avec des vues incroyables.

Unité # 213 a 1020 pieds carrés intérieurs avec une véranda de 416 pieds carrés! Nouveau plancher de vinyle Plank installé dans tout le salon. Carreaux de céramique dans les chambres! Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité! Il est livré avec un parking couvert sous le bâtiment pour 2 véhicules!

Cette unité unique comprend un lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre d'amis.
Excellent choix pour 4 personnes! La propriété a une cuisine entièrement équipée REMODES avec des tabourets de bar et une grande table à manger à l'intérieur pour prendre vos repas. Vous voulez entendre les vagues pendant que vous profitez de votre tasse de café du matin?! Table et chaises de jardin sur la grande véranda aussi!

Le White Sands Village est la première destination de location de vacances à Kona avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne. Il est situé directement en face de la plage Magic Sands; la seule plage de sable blanc entre Kailua et Keauhou.
Le complexe dispose d'une belle piscine et d'un spa, d'un paysage tropical luxuriant et de deux courts de tennis. Les autres équipements incluent une bibliothèque de poche et une table de billard.

Amazing views!

An absolute gem that over looks Magic Sands Beach Park. The unit is recently remodeled and loaded with everything you need. We spent all our time here either on the balcony, at the beach, or pool. We didn’t play tennis or pickleball buts the courts are new. We stayed here for six nights and the time absolutely flew by. We have stayed all over Hawaii and this is one of the best spots. Just a note that they call it “Magic Sands” for a reason. When we stayed the beach was wide and full of white sand, a few days after we left there was high surf and it pulled the sand back out. Which makes the rocky entry a bit more challenging. Also a favorite local pastime is to cruise Alli Drive with some serious tunes blasting at all hours. It makes for the best people watching during the day but at night I would put in ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall this place is the perfect Kona hangout spot. When we make it back to Kona this will be the first unit we check for availability. 10/10 Recommend!

Perfect place on the beach!

This property was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to multiple beaches and snorkeling spots as well as shopping. My family and I loved staying here!

A great spot on the Kailua-Kona Coast

We loved our stay at the Surf Rider condo! The check-in was easy and the property matched the description exactly. It's located right across the road from Magic Sands beach, which is great for swimming and boogie boarding, and just a mile from the best snorkeling beach on the coast at Kahalu'u Beach. It's a corner unit so it has a huge lanai with a great view, and also right across the street from Magics Restaurant, where we had a great meal on our last night. The property was very clean with lots of beach gear. Can't wait to come back!

Great Lanai, and unit layout. Nice pool, and park across the road. Excellent wash,dryer, frig, etc. Not too far from town. Excellent restaurant a half block away. Poke Shack ( best in Hawaii) is just a mile north.Negatives. Needs a new king master bed. No internet by the pool. Two sets of stairs to the unit.

Everything went well with are condo. The rap around porch was great and the little cooler came in handy with the ice packs in the freezer. Plenty of room with great sunsets at night. The was a little too firm but okay. A little noisy on the street but that was expected. I would definitely recommend the place.

Just a little slice of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nothing can beat this wrap around porch with a view of the beautiful ocean. Woke up each morning to do a workout followed by breakfast as I watched the world come to life. Great location to be away from the business of Kona, but close enough to take a little drive to enjoy the shopping and night life. No beach at Magic Sands, but we were able to drive a short ways to find one. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and the unit was everything as advertised and more.

Good family vacation unit

Overtall was a good location with great beach views, noisy at times but also fun to view the beach activities. The unit itself need updating, the quality of the basic amenities was not as expected, in short, a critical look at the unit with some basic upgrades would make a big difference

We had plenty of room and it was nice having two full bathrooms! No bugs, very clean. You can hear the waves crashing! Only downside was no air conditioning, but we knew that going in. It does get hot in the late afternoon when the sun is setting. My son was able to set up a make shift putting course on the large wrap around balcony! There was also a nice pool/hot tub and gas grills on the property! Overall A+ for us!

There's no AC so we always had the sliding doors open. The cross breeze was nice. It could get a little loud with traffic, but we didn't mind. We would definitely stay here again.

City life in Kona

Loved our stay. Kitchen had basics plus lots of cooking utensils (need an ice cream scoop). Pool, sauna, and ocean across the street as advertised. Condo comfortable and even luxurious with two bathrooms. Very loud vehicles and music well after midnight especially on weekends. View from the lanai is the best part of tthe place!

Great Location

We loved the lanai and the view and walking across to the beach was a highlight. Appreciated the boogie boards that we could use and some other beach supplies. The pool was also great! We had a fabulous time!

Unit is very clean, up to date and well stocked. Management company was good at communicating throughout our stay. This unit is right in front of the action, so you have great people and car watching. This does make the place a bit noisy, with the waves crashing and the car stereos driving by. We enjoyed the action, but some may not. Overall a great unit.

1st Hawaii Trip

Perfect location and has an awesome view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking items you'd need on vacation (not food). I would stay here again for sure!

Tolle unterkunft

Wir haben unseren aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der blick vom balkon war sensationell. Ausstattung sehr gut, alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann - grundstock in der küche, genügend handtücher und strandtücher, beach chairs, sonnenschirm und diverse andere strandutensilien. Das apartment war sehr sauber. Leider fährt der lift nicht ganz hinauf und es gibt keine klimaanlage, mit den ventilatoren und geöffneten türen waren die temperaturen aber ok. Lage ist spitze als ausgangspunkt um die ganze insel zu erkunden. Sehr schöner strand vor der tür.

A good place to stay overall

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location and I was really happy to stay in apartment apart from below concerns. • It was too difficult to find the apartment. There are 2 separate building but not interconnected. Both are interconnected if you walk. I almost spent 30 minutes to find my unit. • Lockbox was also too old. Once it got out, It didn’t went back again. • Ceiling was too low. I believe it should be less than 7.7 feet only and on top of that there are fans. I was folding my blankets and somehow my hand went into the fan. I was lucky that fan was not in full speed and my hand was saved. • Before travel, I called customer service about what we will get in the apartment. Person said I should not expect anything. Because of this we did lot of extra packing and forced to buy a checkin back with my flight. When I reached there, I found everything what I was looking for like extra towel, ICE cooler, umbrella. If I would have right information, there was no need to pack so much extra and no need to buy extra luggage with my airline.• I was forced to buy insurance which costed my additional $50 which was also a waste for me. I am not sure if I saw any policy document. • I should not complaint about AC as it was told me earlier that unit doesn’t have AC.
