Say hello to Beaching Good Time, your sliver of Kill Devil Hills off of West Third Street in the heart of all the action. There will be no dull days on this vacation, with the beach, shopping, and restaurants all within a few minute's drive or walking distance from your front door. Or better yet, rent bicycles or a golf cart and leave the car parked at the house. When you want to keep the fun at home base, the backyard is outfitted with a pool, hot tub, gas grill, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes and bathing suits.

The entry (ground) level features a game room with a TV, foosball table, full bathroom with shower, laundry room, and a full-size fridge. The second level has the living room, an office nook, decking with outdoor lounge furniture, a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with an island, a dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10, and a half bath. The first master bedroom is also located on the second level, with a private balcony, king-size bed, walk-in closet, and full en suite bath with a jetted whirlpool tub and separate shower. The third level has three bedrooms. The second is another master with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with a jetted whirlpool tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds. The fourth full bathroom is also on this level and has a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming.

The pool is open from April 1-October 1. (The pool is not heated.) The six-person hot tub is available and serviced year-round.

Dogs must be approved in advance an added to the guest count when making your reservation. Two dogs maximum. Dogs must be up to date on flea medications and rabies vaccine, friendly, house trained, and are not to left alone in the house unattended or uncrated for long periods of time. Pet owners MUST clean up after their dog(s) both inside the house and in the yard. DO allow pets on furniture - pet hair on furniture or bedding will require extra cleaning fees.

Parking is only allowed in the driveway and in the designated area next to the driveway. The maximum number of vehicles is 4.
