Hughes Retreat Condominiums - Unité # 303. ANIMAL FAMILIER, Internet sans fil, laveuse / sécheuse / Nous prenons des locations mensuelles mais seulement du 9 septembre au 11 mai en basse saison. Ceci est un condo au 3ème étage à Kill Devil Hills en face de la plage. L'accès à la plage publique est d'env. 1 bloc au sud de Hughes (avec parking). Belles vues sur l'océan depuis le pont pendant que vous vous détendez dans nos chaises berçantes dans la brise fraîche. L'intérieur est décoré dans des thèmes de plage et des pastels avec toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin dans la cuisine complète. Apportez vos propres draps et serviettes. Les «frais de propriété» de 200 $ sont en fait un dépôt de garantie et seront remboursés après votre séjour tant qu'il n'y aura aucun dommage au condo. Cela n'inclut pas l'usure normale. Le propriétaire enverra les détails plus tard.
Deux chambres ont chacune un lit king-size et la troisième chambre a un lit pyramide (deux couchages en bas et une en haut plus un lit gigogne sort de dessous). Si le lit pyramidal n'est pas pour vous, sortez le canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon et installez-vous plus confortablement. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision par câble et un téléviseur HD de 40 "dans le salon ainsi qu'un DVD Blu-Ray avec WiFi. Il y a un ascenseur pour monter facilement au 3ème étage. Piscine (20'x30 ') disponible et 2 places de parking couvertes.

Animaux acceptés: Nous acceptons les animaux !! En fait, nous avons un golden retriever! Il y a des frais non remboursables de 100 $ pour les animaux de compagnie facturés aux locataires. Il y a des rues tranquilles à proximité pour promener vos animaux de compagnie. Veuillez être prévenant et nettoyer après votre animal de compagnie. Les animaux ne sont pas admis sur les plages sans laisse.

A nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner was available if needed. We used the pool quite a bit as there were a lot of jellyfish the week we were there. The pool had many lounge chairs that were very comfortable. The location was convenient to restaurants, a grocery store and an ice cream shop.

Property was clean, close to beach access and restaurants /shops were easily accessible even within walking distance. We really like it also because we were able to bring our little Westie with us although he did missed not seeing any squirrels to chase.

Place was clean and the owner was great

The condo was spacious and had a lot to offer. Pretty close to the beach and we were happy we could take our puppy. The condo owner was easy to work with and communicated very well.

Dog friendly, very clean, and close to everything!

My family enjoyed our stay at Linda’s condo. She is a very responsive owner and we got lucky with being able to check in at 2pm (instead of 4pm) because the cleaners had finished earlier. The property was very clean and convenient to nearby attractions including the beach, restaurants, wright brothers monument, and jockey ridge. Bodie lighthouse was about a 20 minute drive and my kids loved the H2OBX water park located about 30 minutes away. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and never crowded. Beds were comfy and two of the rooms had king beds. Condo conveniently had 6 beach chairs and two beach carts, plus camp chairs. One suggestion would be to include an umbrella for future guests. We stayed during July 4th week so we got to see both Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head fireworks because the beach near the condo is located between both piers.

Excellent, clean, cozy condo in GREAT location!

The listing is very accurate! Host communication was above and beyond, she's thought of everything. Our family was very happy with the spacious condo, lovely decor and sleeping arrangements. It has great balcony views and EASY access to the beach. Close to everything! Will stay again!

Beautiful condo. We had a great time! The only downside was bringing our own linens. I didn't pay attention to that when I booked. Never done that before. Loved the barometer during the storm!

Family Labor Day Getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. The pool was really nice to have since the surf was high for the first couple of days we were there. We would absolutely stay here again on future visits.

Wonderful vacation

This condo was decorated very nice, very beachy. Leather chairs with ottomans so comfortable. Balcony very nice with distant ocean view. TV's in every room. Very well equipped kitchen. Very nice and spotless. No odor of previous pets. Our dog, Chance, was so relaxed. We all loved it!

Loved it!

The property was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. They have provided every appliance you could need and even have games and puzzles. They also have wagons and beach toys available to use at the beach. Walking distance to the beach and very close to fishing piers, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!

They thought of everything

Great property! The owners really made sure their renters had everything they might need. We were super thankful for the luggage cart the owners provided so we had an easier time getting our things upstairs. The entire condo is very clean and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans and appliances. There is a downstairs storage closet with lots of chairs, umbrella, boards etc… and includes a cart to lug it all to the beach. There are two beach access is within a few blocks of the condo. We found the access to the left to be closer. The owners are wonderful about communicating and answering any questions. We would definitely rent here again especially since they allow dogs.

Fabulous condo! Super clean & very convenient

We loved our stay here. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and needed a place that would allow us to bring our dog. I'm so happy we found this place. So convenient to a couple fantastic local restaurants and roomy enough to have a few family members over to eat when we weren't busy with wedding things. Excellent accommodations for our dogs. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Just fabulous. I hope we are able to stay there again and again! Thanks Linda!

Great getaway for just the two of us and fur doggie 🐾

Condo was amazing plus pet friendly along with an elevator. Everything was In walking distance for us. We just needed some down time with no alarm clocks and cooking (but if you wanted to cook the kitchen is fully equipped!! ) Only thing we did was brew some coffee ☕️. Short walking distance to the beach and places to eat. The Kill Devil Grill, American Pie Drive & Creamy and Swells’a Brewing highly recommend. Short few miles drive to Tortugas Lie restaurant right down the street. Condo is a very spacious for a family highly recommend. We just needed time to our self and like accommodations of a home feel verses a hotel. Condo very clean and the owner is great to work with.

Very close to beach access (short walk) restaurant also a short walk thru parking lot. Other restaurant choices close. Grocery behind condo( might want to drive). Condo clean and comfortable. Great choice. We would definitely stay again

Great Place to share a weekend

What a wonderful central location. We rented the Condo and then invited our Daughter and husband to come for the weekend with their 3 children. It worked out great. The 5 and 6 year old loved the bunk beds and Mom brought a play n pak and set that up in the kids room. Lots of room. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away. A little to rough to play in the water as Earl was sitting off shore and making very big waves. So we retreated to the pool. Kids had a blast. Restaurants are close if you want to walk or cook in the Condo. Everything is there. Can't say enough about this everything is as described or better.

Original owner. Building was completed in 2005. Nice view of surrounding area from our 3rd floor south facing balcony.

Our condo is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. You can easily walk over to the beach across the street from our condo building. We also have an elevator, which makes it easier to get to our 3rd floor condo.
