➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Characterized by the Victorian architecture found in parts of the Caribbean, Little Haiti is the heart and soul of Miami’s Haitian community. Local venues and businesses such as the Caribbean Marketplace and Libreri Mapou, a bookstore devoted to Haitian literature in French, Creole and English, stand out with their high-pitched roofs and bright pastel colors. Located about five miles north of Downtown Miami, Little Haiti’s main attractions are centered around the Northeast 2nd Avenue corridor.

People in Little Haiti can walk to an average of 3 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in 5 minutes. There are about 219 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in Little Haiti. Nearby parks include Pallot Park, Pullman Mini Park and Stearns Park.

This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.

8. If the requested registration information is not received by at least 48 hours prior to check in and for last minute bookings hassle free check in cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given for check in issues.

9. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
