The sprawling, single-story interior blends beautiful brick, hardwood, and vinyl plank flooring and offers a seamless blend of indoor/outdoor living with highlights including a furnished sunroom and a massive pool deck. Coral-colored cabinets, tons of seating, and a deluxe suite of high-end appliances like a six-burner gas range/griddle provide the centerpiece for family mealtime gatherings in the fantastic eat-in kitchen. There's also a dining table, a bar, two mini-fridges, and glassware in the sunroom. A gas fireplace and a large cable TV will allow everyone to unwind in the living room.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The pool will be open April 17 - October 15.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
