Maison confortable et pratique de plain-pied située en plein centre-ville. Idéalement situé - promenade à la plage, promenade, restaurants, boutiques et divertissements, tout est à proximité. Cinq chambres et trois salles de bain, plus une douche extérieure. La maison dort 10-12.

Grand salon avec mobilier neuf, grande véranda avec de nombreux sièges et une salle à manger supplémentaire. Grande cuisine ouverte et lumineuse avec deux salles à manger.

Suite parentale surdimensionnée avec grande salle de bain avec baignoire à remous.

Stationnement dans la rue pour deux voitures plus deux laissez-passer pour le stationnement dans la rue, stationnement pour quatre voitures. Pique-nique en plein air / salle à manger avec barbecue à gaz. Grande buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, Wifi et télévision par câble.

Wonderful!

The space is much bigger than the pictures show! We enjoyed an extended weekend with 11 of us, everyone had a bed to sleep on.

Spacious and Walkable Stay with Minor Issues

Overall a great place to stay with a large group. Very walkable and the host was communicative over text. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and the house was tidy and as pictured. However, the cleanup instructions made us a bit concerned that the bed comforters aren't washed between groups and some in the group experienced uncomfortable and/or extremely creaky beds. One of the showers did not drain well as the the first night.

Convenient Location

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is conveniently located near downtown and the boardwalk, but is still a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including a pie dish!).

Terrific cottage

We are a group of friends who’ve been friends for more than 40 years and we attended women’s fest for the first time. This cottage is located in a terrific location close to everything that we wanted to do. The house itself was clean and comfortable and very welcoming during our stay, one of the party Was ill and had to go to the hospital for a few days. Luckily nobody was booked in this VRBO for the next couple of days and Michael was wonderful in arranging for us to be able to stay a few more days rather than having to scramble to find a hotel or something else during this prices. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rehoboth Beach

Nice beach house

Our multigenerational family enjoyed the spacious layout and single floor accessibility of the home. The proximity to the Main Street and beach were also great.

Group Trip

The house was clean, nice, and spacious. It was centrally located so we could walk to the bar and restaurants on the main strip. The owner Michael was very nice and made the process really easy. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely Location for all that Rehoboth Beach offers

We were a group of friends looking for a pre-season getaway and this location really fit the bill. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, we were able to come and go easily. Large dining table and ample living room seating facilitated easy group meals and get-togethers. House was very clean! You must bring own sheets and towels. Would definitely stay again!

Lots of room

Lots of room and various spaces allowed for privacy and group activities. Hal a mile from the beach…. A ten or fifteen minute walk or 5 min bike ride…. Great for arising early and walking to the beach to enjoy the sunrise. Nice enclosed porch to relax outside protected from bugs and weather

Great beach house in prime location

This beach house was the perfect amount of space for 5 teens hers and 3 adults. The screened in porch was lovely. Teens were close enough to walk to beach several times a day and only 2 blocks from Main Street with shops and restaurants. Would rent again in a heartbeat beat. Michael the host was gracious and helpful.

Excellent location

Lovely street and excellent walking distance to everything. Nice porch but door screening is fully torn which unfortunately invites bugs. Comfortable living room and kitchen with large table. Master bedroom and bath is great, other 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are small and oddly situated but doable. We enjoyed our stay, would only recommend some attention to caretaking.

Its a great house within walking distance of the beach.

The house was spacious and comfortable. However, there is basically no yard for kids to play. The weather was hot and the house was comfortably cool. We brought a little kiddie pool with us but there was limited space to put it and there was not a hose to fill it so that was challenging. Lots of things to do for kids. We had a great time. Overall, a great experience.

Great stay in Rehoboth!

A lovely (older) home with a great location - the home has plenty of space and we especially loved the front porch. Though the lay out is a little non-traditional, it gave a nice sleeping separation between those with young children and those who wanted to sleep in. It is only a few short blocks to Rehoboth Ave and 3 long blocks to the beach. Very walkable! The kitchen was better equipped than we expected (based on other rentals we have stayed at). Appreciated the ample space around the dining table too! All in all, a very comfortable home. Communication with the property manager through the VRBO platform was a bit slow - when we communicated via text, he was very responsive.

Nice house, 5 min walk into town!

The house was great even though the weather was not! The rain did not ruin our time though! The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space to relax. The screened porch was nice and had new comfortable furniture. The beds were comfy too. The kitchen had everything we needed, all the appliances, several coffee makers, and a full sized fridge! It was a 5 min walk into town where there was cute shops and lots of local restaurants. Overall we had a great time!

Enjoyed very much!

We enjoyed the house especially the porch. Lots of space for us. It is located close to Rehoboth Avenue. The wall to the beach is about 10 minutes. Not too bad. The house was clean. We had trouble reaching Michael For check in I do so we called VRBO directly. That worked fine.

Highly recommend!

We booked this house for girls weekend. We typically go to the shore in New Jersey but wanted to try the DE beaches. Our group was not familiar with the area but the house location was perfect! Short walk to the beach, Starbucks, shops and the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach. Parking was great thanks to the driveway spots and parking permits that came with the house. The house is great for hanging out all together at the large dining table or in the living room (or even the humongous master bedroom). The house offered plenty of privacy with the bedrooms and how they are laid out. We didn’t feel like we were crowded in or on top of eachother and the 3 bathrooms were great while we were all trying to shower and get ready at the same time. Collectively, our favorite part was the screened in porch with a table and porch swing! Michael was a great host and we all agreed that we’d come back to the house again and again!
