NEW beach-modern farmhouse in South Rehoboth built in 2022. Professionally interior designed. Sleeps up to 12 people (max 9 adults) with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, modern kitchen, coffee bar, wine bar, patio with pool (pool is open from May - Oct and heated during spring & fall ), outdoor fire table, grill & outdoor seating - endless entertainment. Sleep in comfort with luxury pillow top mattresses on all beds! (Renters will need to bring or rent their own sheets) Open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Conveniently located on 2nd ocean block, 5-minute walk to surf and sand and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere! Wonderful vacation home for making lasting memories!

Great place!

House was spacious, clean and wonderful for our small group of friends to have a relaxing weekend- living room and gas fireplace were a great place to congregate and kitchen was wonderful.

Everything for a wonderful stay!

This beautifully decorated home was a fabulous place for a multigenerational vacation. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for family meals and the location was perfect for walking to the beach or to Rehoboth Ave. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and a great floor plan

House is perfectly situation just a 5 minute walk to the beach and quick walk to all the amenities in town. The house was a great setup for our family, with everyone able to have their own bathroom / bedroom and with very large and open common space.

Beautiful House

The house is absolutely beautiful. Updated, spacious and very clean. Kristin was very responsive to any questions during our stay. The house location was perfect! I would definitely rent this house again if we return again to Rehoboth Beach!!

This house was amazing! So close to the beach and very nice amenities. We hosted my sister’s bachelorette here (10 people total) and it was just the right amount of space for everyone.

Wonderful home

5 college friends get together 1x a year for a girls’ week, this year we picked Rehoboth Beach & we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The place was gorgeous, clean, extremely well equipped! Perfect location, a couple blocks to town and or the beach. Would highly recommend this rental….it was perfect.

Beautiful House, Close to the Beach

This beautiful home was perfectly equipped for our family of 10, which includes 4 young grandchildren. It was tastefully decorated yet very comfortable, the layout was perfect, and the beach was only a couple of blocks away. The pool was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Quality, Comfortable, Convenient!

Well appointed and newer house with all the comforts of home that did not feel like a rental. Just a few blocks walk to town or the beach/boardwalk made the location perfect for a multi-generational family getaway over the holiday. Kristen was great to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We had zero issues…the beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend if in your budget.

Wonderful Winter Beach Family Getaway

This is a beautiful home, carefully curated in every way to make your stay a fantastic one. All of the bedrooms are en suite, the kitchen / dining / family hangout space is very large, inviting and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped for any creative cooking you care to embark upon, and the super detailed guidebook provided by the thoughtful hosts will make your stay a breeze. You can walk to the beach, the boardwalk and into town so easily and can explore the little lake nearby that is so picturesque -- really a great find!

Convenient and New!

The best part of the house is it’s location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Funland, etc. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! The house is new and clean and decorated very nicely. Lots of space - a great spot for a family with kids!

Great stay!

Such a great time! Everyone loved the house. It was everything we needed. The house was gorgeous, the pool was the perfect size and we all loved the outdoor shower. The amount of kitchen ware was astounding. Just a perfect property. Would have stayed another week if we had the time!

Beautiful Home, Ideal Location and Pool!

My family and I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this property. The house was as advertised in the listing/pictures, very clean and had modern appliances. The heated pool was a relaxing oasis after a day at the beach. Location was also perfect and was within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, Funland, nearby restaurants and Main Street. Property owner/manager was very responsive and had clear/detailed instructions. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Beach Week

Kristin was a pleasure to work with on planning our stay at her beautiful Rehoboth Beach home. We had a full house of family, and this home has it all. We were lucky to have great weather all week, but even if we didn't, this home would've entertained us just as well. Communicating with Kristin was easy and convenient. The Aloha home app for the home is very useful. Thank you, we hope to return in the future!
