Kindly note, there may be occasional street noise, especially during weekends. Most of it can be mitigated by closing windows, but light sleepers may want to consider this aspect. This designer condo is immersed in the vibrant city atmosphere.

Guests have access to the entire unit. There's one cleaners' closet designated for storage, which is the only area not accessible.

**If you require an in-building parking space, we offer a spot for rent at $30.00 per day. Prior arrangements for payment and parking details need to be made with us after booking. The elevator from the parking garage directly reaches the condo floor

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Kindly note, we are not your travel insurance provider. We strongly recommend considering travel insurance for your upcoming reservation. While not mandatory, it safeguards against unforeseen trip cancellations. Multiple travel insurance options are available, with standard coverage at 7% of your total invoice and CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) insurance at 9.8%. You'll have the opportunity to add this insurance during check-out.
