Adjacent to Stowe Country Club, the Recreation Path, numerous shops, eateries, breweries, the Farmer's Market, the Mountain Road Shuttle stop, and so much more—the walkability factor is incredible! A beautiful flat yard with rustic landscaping, open meadows, a tree line of northern forest, sweeping mountain views, slate walkways and patios, water features, and an outdoor hot tub ensure time spent outdoors is wonderful.

Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas boast loads of thoughtful detail and personality—a wood burning fireplace, walls of windows, and comfy furnishings outfit the living space and a wet bar with wine cooler is ideally positioned in the dining area.
