This is the ideal family home for a Seattle getaway. Located only 2.7 miles to Pike Place Market. Even closer to Lumen Field/T-Mobil park, which are about a 7 min drive way. Enjoy the patio with a gas fire table and the views of the city. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, self check-in, and a full kitchen. During your stay, you can also enjoy using the free in-unit washer and dryer. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and parks. An ideal base to explore Seattle. The home does NOT come with a designated parking spot.
Very stylish and newly built in 2016. The home is super centrally located and is close to Downtown, the Stadiums, Pioneer Square, Capitol Hill, 1st hill hospitals, and Lake Washington.
The home has several playgrounds within a 2 block radius, most notable is the Seattle Children's Playgarden.
The townhouse has 4 floors in total.
The first floor has a private home office and a half bath. The home office with a door is equipped with a dry erase board, desk, and a large window to allow you to be productive as possible and gives you space away from the other guests.
The second floor has the living room space, which flows into the fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, the in-unit washer dryer is located just off the kitchen. The living room has board games and a large flat screen TV. For the kitchen, we provide a children's highchair.
The third floor has two bedrooms (one featuring a queen bed and the other a twin trundle bed). The one full bathroom connects the two bedrooms, thus is shared between the two rooms. The bathroom has two sinks, a bath/shower, and a bidet. We have also provided a Pack N Play for the bedroom.
The fourth floor has a private rooftop deck with 360 surrounding views of the city. The rooftop features a large umbrella, outdoor furniture, patio lights, and a propane fire table.
You will have access to the entire home. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and will also be accessible for guests.
Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations via text or call.
There is plenty of green space, including the eponymous Judkins Park. In addition to Judkins Park, there’s 3 different playgrounds a few min walk away from the home. The Seattle Children’s Play garden is unique, has a chicken coop, music installations, and large garden to visit. The closest children's playground is Atlantic Street Park, located just a block from the home.
Judkins Park area is served by several transit routes which connect it to downtown, and multiple other areas in the city. The Mount Baker Light Rail Station and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station are both located just about a mile from the home. Both station have a direct line to the airport so it's super easy to hop off a flight and take the light rail up to the space.
Some adjacent neighborhoods include the Chinatown-International District/Little Saigon, which is incredibly historic and has lots of options for good Asian food/bubble tea. The Central District has the Northwest African American Museum which is only two blocks away. We're also close the Amazon/SLU area, thus an ideal spot for commuters to downtown and the east side.
Close to bike trails, the I-90 bike trail is a block away and links to the rest of the Lake WA trail network.
The home is located in the small district of Judkins Park in Seattle. Surrounded by up-and-coming neighborhoods that have seen big changes in recent years, the triangular cluster of neighborhoods are still quite sleepy at its core, where one finds Judkins Park.
Most of the commerce and dining in the area is found at its edges. Residences in Judkins Park are mostly older single family homes and a few newer apartment buildings and townhomes.

Link Light Rail
The closets light rail location to the home is the Mount Baker Light Rail Station and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, both located just about a mile from the home or a 5 min drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown.
Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $35-$65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 5 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 40 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.
Uber & Lyft
The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away and cost an average of $10-$20 per ride.
Turo & Car2Go
You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.
Parking
The home does not come with a designated parking spot. Street parking is available and is free.
This home does not come with a parking spot. We’d recommend street parking. Free street parking can be found directly in front of the home or on the surrounding streets.
The second bedroom has a trundle or daybed, which explains why it is marked as having two twin beds.
