For your safety and security, this property is equipped with cameras on the premises. A doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and two additional cameras monitor the gravel parking area. These are exterior-only cameras to ensure privacy while providing added peace of mind during your stay.

The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in the kitchen in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area.

We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty all the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked
- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
