This delightful home away from home invites you to indulge on a journey of tranquil living in this breathtaking locale, where every moment is an opportunity to bask in the beauty of your surroundings. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully appointed abode featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open concept living and dining area.

Arrival and Parking: It's important to mention that the driveway boasts a noticeable incline, and as you ascend, you'll encounter a set of 20 steps leading up to the house. While these steps are not particularly steep individually, their cumulative number is worth noting. Ample space is available for parking, accommodating around 2-3 vehicles. Upon reaching the house, you'll quickly realize that the ascent is rewarding. The sensation is akin to residing in a treehouse, enveloped by nature's embrace and the soothing melodies of the nearby river. Although it feels like you are in some far-away vacation spot, in just 10 minutes, you can be in downtown Asheville enjoying its great restaurants, breweries, shopping and entertainment venues. And in 5 minutes, you can be on the Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, biking or taking a scenic drive.

Bedroom Configuration: Ascending to the upper level, you'll discover a master bedroom furnished with a King-sized bed, complemented by an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The main level hosts two additional bedrooms – one adorned with a queen bed and the other appointed with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed hall bathroom located on the same level.

Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with an array of essentials, catering to your culinary needs. From the basics to specialized tools, you'll find an assortment that includes an air fryer, immersion blender, crock pot, electric skillet, juicer, quesadilla maker, hand mixer, bake ware, and roasting pans. All that's left for you to provide are the groceries!

Outdoor Retreat: Step outside and savor the tranquility from our inviting Rocking Chair porch, which offers a captivating view of the river. An accompanying picnic table and outdoor counter, complete with stools, provide the perfect setting for indulging in your morning coffee, enjoying a leisurely evening glass of wine, or partaking in an al fresco dining experience. The fully fenced backyard is a secure haven for our furry companions, while the deck's gated design ensures their safety on the wrap-around porch. For those seeking direct river access, you'll find it just across the street from the house. To enhance your relaxation, we even provide innertubes for those who wish to float gently upon the river's current.
