Zion Reunion House in Hurricane, Utah, near Zion National Park, gives you everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Located in a beautiful neighborhood only 2 minutes from downtown, our home has quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants, and emergency clinics. It is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park!

Plenty of parking for guests and your toys. Less than 15 minutes to mountain biking and 4-wheeler trails.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay at Zion Reunion House in Hurricane, Utah. Everyone will find a place to cozy up and relax after a long day exploring Southern Utah or splashing in the pool.

Our house features a private pool and hot tub, a ping pong table, an amazing game room with two Nintendo Switches, two kitchens, family board games, cornhole, and an in-ground trampoline.

Throughout the house, you'll find 10 (yes ten) 4K smart TVs ranging from 50-65 inches. Each TV supports Roku and Airplay. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, and many more are available with your subscription.

Dine-in at Lonny Boy's BBQ, or Lupitas Mexican food, or cook your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Let the kids run around at one of the local parks or splash pad, or view a new release at the movie theater.

Our private home has two levels and can accommodate 22+ people comfortably. It also has one extra pull-out couch, 2 blow-up mattresses and 2 huge bean bags in the game room.

On the first floor, you will find a king bed with TV, an ensuite bath, a triple bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom and a second full bathroom.

Downstairs are bedrooms 3-6. In the third bedroom, you'll find a king bed with a TV. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a triple bunk bed with a shared bathroom, each with a TV. The last bedroom is located down the hall with a king bed and a TV. Also downstairs you'll find a second kitchen area, a ping pong table, 2 card tables for game night, a child's play kitchen, another TV, and plenty of games for every age.

Pets are NOT allowed. Any pet or presence of a pet that is found will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any damage the animal may have caused inside the home.

NO Smoking or illegal drug activity is allowed on the property. There will be a charge of $300 in addition to any damages they may have occurred from smoking inside the home.

UPON ARRIVAL:

You do not need to check-in anywhere. Go directly to the home and use the lock code provided in your final confirmation. Please remember you are in our home and neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Don't disrupt neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profound language, revving motors, etc. House Rules are in the house. Please read them CAREFULLY. Pool Hours: 8am - 10pm

*** IMPORTANT POOL HEATING INFORMATION ***

We do NOT heat the pool during the winter months (November - March).

The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. Heat requests for the pool must be made 48 hours in advance to your check-in.

The cost to heat the POOL from April-October is $100 per night. We set the system to heat to 80 degrees. However, the actual temperature may vary due to air and ground temperatures and is not guaranteed.

We offer free heating for our hot tub. The hot tub is not heated on demand and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Please plan accordingly and allow time for the hot tub to heat up.

Finally, we kindly ask that you do not alter or modify our pool schedules as they are set for specific reasons. Any changes made to these schedules will result in a $100 fee to cover the cost of reprogramming the pool systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.
