Welcome to the Pecan Valley Modern Poolhouse! A stunning modern 5 bedroom vacation home with a designer's touch. This home has it all for families with kids! Private pool, hot tub, custom built-in bunk room kids just love, stunning chef's kitchen with open concept layout bringing the entire group together. You will love the large comfortable sectional in the family room just off the kitchen with gorgeous modern fireplace and large TV.



The backyard is an oasis perfect for the family with kids! Splash for hours in the private pool, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy family barbecues year-round.
