Welcome to your new home away from home. This lovely condo is a junior 2BR/2BA with a full size primary bedroom plus a smaller guest bedroom with a full bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed and flat screen TV plus on suite. The guest bedroom has full over full bunk beds plus on suite. With a sleeper sofa bed in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Gorgeous furnishings, multiple flat screen TVs, and a washer and dryer complete this beautiful unit.

As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids playground, tennis and basketball courts.

The zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system. The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts, pickle ball court and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

The resort provides bellhop and valet services to all guests for free with courtesy tip. Upon arrival, the bellhop will unload guests' cars and take belongings to their unit. The valet will provide guests a hanger to allow easy pick up of cars when needed. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to June Decker Beach and Henderson State Park. Both of which are approximately 0.3 mile away from The Palms! The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

There is a 3 story parking garage located on site. Parking is free to our registered guests.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times.
