Condo décontracté situé à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc de sucre et Gulf Beach et, d'excellents restaurants et shoping à proximité. Il est l'endroit parfait pour Destin et la vue est exceptionnelle vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le balcon et profiter de votre boisson préférée et profiter de la eaux vert émeraude et les brises du Golfe.
Miles & I sont venus à Destin pendant de nombreuses années, toujours anticiper nos «Voyages plage» avec notre famille. Nous vivons dans Milton, Géorgie. Nous sommes de rabotage à un jour prendre sa retraite et vivre heureux pour toujours à la belle région. La famille adore ça !!!

This place was great! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. When we had questions there was zero wait time for a response! although a little out dated it felt like home. The view was great and access to the beach was amazing. Now when they say hair dryer I recommend you bring your own. There is also no elevator which was a little inconvenient but not to much work with the steps right outside the door. The owner even called and made sure I trip was going well. Access to the shops and everything we wanted to do was no more than 15 minutes with the traffic. I would recommend this place to everyone. You didnt hear the neighbors and could see the pool from your balcony. all and all a great place. plus the beds were super comfortable.

Unplanned trip do to family emergency

This property is exactly as described, neat, clean, and the location is excellent. Anything you want or need is right around the corner, the ocean views and sounds were spectacular, all the amenities you need are there, beds are very comfortable. Our trip was made pleasurable due to this property. Look forward to coming back again. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Not a bad place just needs proper maintenance.

This property wasnt bad but it just needed some proper maintenance. We needed a place to stay for our trip and it was perfect as far as location to the beach for a reasonable price. Here are some things you may want to know before you rent. The host did not communicate very well. Sometimes I would go days without a response. You may want to call the number provided if you do not get a timely response. It is on the third floor with no elevator only stairs. The hallway bathroom has a plug hanging away from the wall, the toilet was leaking and we had to change towels out behind the toilet all week to keep the floor dry, and the vanity light had one ballast that was broken and hanging down. There were multiple spots on the laminate floor where glue was exposed and broken pieces of the flooring were exposed so becareful walking bare foot. The couch had a masive rip in it behind the cushions and the pillows were spewing feathers all over the place making them uncomfortable to sit on. With all that being said we still enjoyed our trip because we used the place with the intention of holding our stuff while we enjoyed the beach and Destin as a whole. Not a bad place just needs some repair work done.

Great location

The only issues I have are the front door locks needs attention. Bothe the dead bolt and the door locks need to be addressed. Both keys have to be wiggled in order for the locks to work. The deadbolt never worked at all with the key. One of the cook top burners was cracked so we never used it. Both minor problems which do not degrade my 5 star rating. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The only thing I was disappointed in was the kitchen supplies. There were only 3 or 4 forks, no toaster oven and not very many measuring Cup/spoons. Also, the dishwasher would not dissolve Or the liquid detergent that was provided. We ended up having to hand wash the dishes. When we got there and checked in, there were dirty utensils in the utensil drawer. When doing laundry it was difficult at times to get the wet clothes into the dryer because the door would not stay open. Sometimes it took two of us to transfer the laundry, 1 person holding the door and the other one, transferring it out of the washer into the dryer. The washer and dryer worked great. The door just needs to be fixed to stay open.

Great place!!

The best part is being able to walk right across the street to the beach!! And not only that, you can press a button and the traffic stops for you!! That feature is great for the kids. Also, with the beach being right across the street, there’s no loading and unloading the car with all the kids and all the stuff. The only drawbacks are that Destin has too much traffic, and there was no toaster at the condo. There are attractions around if you can find any that aren’t too expensive. Perfect place to go to if all you care about is the beach!!!

Perfect Location!

This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s across the road from the beach access and we could see the water from our balcony and people watch. We enjoyed our stay on Crystal Beach! It wasn’t real crowded until the end of the week. We didn’t have issues so we didn’t need to contact the host. He did check in and see how things were going. The only thing I would change is the lock to a keyless entry door.

Wasn’t the worst but also wasn’t the best

The location and proximity to the beach is great! The rest is not so great. Even if you over look that the condo is not well maintained (glue and gaps all over the floors, GFI coming out of the wall, stove top has a huge crack in a burner, oven was dirty, peeling paint and rusty ac vents) uncomfortable beds just ruin the whole trip! The beds were very uncomfortable; severe dips in the middle and the bunk bed mattresses are super thin (only good for people under 75 pounds ish). Another concern is it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. We were given the wrong codes for the WiFi and pool but owner sent us the right ones once we messaged him. Even though the location was great, the bed situation will be reason enough not to stay again. I

Amazing vacation!

We enjoyed staying at this condo! It was very clean and close to everything! It has everything you need; dishes, ice maker, towels, washer and dryer, etc. You can definitely sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view and it is a short walk to the beach, literally a minute or two. We will definitely stay here again on our next vacation!

Great view

I took my granddaughter here for a graduation present along with my son and one of her friends.the property was clean and had everything that was listed in the description. Check in was easy, and the owners were in communication before and during our stay. The condo had a little wear and tear with paint, blinds ect but overall was perfect for us. The location was within easy access to everything Destin has to offer. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, I would definitely stay there again, also worth mentioning it is on the third floor so if anyone has mobility issues you may need to look for something with easier access.

Good deal & space

Overall a great stay with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Bathrooms aren’t huge but enough to shower. I would recommend a few more bath towels to keep down on the laundry but there were enough for everyone to use. We had a quick response when needed. The beach is a short walk across the road & the pool is great. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the condo but it was plenty big enough to cook when needed, sleep & shower. I definitely would stay again.

Misrepresented

We specifically asked if there was an icemaker. We were told there was. Half an hour before check-in an email was sent to me saying the ice maker was broke and a new frig was being delivered 4 days into our stay. We went and nought ice. As we unpacked I attempted to cook a lasagna I had brought. The oven took 20-25 to preheat. It was taking so long to bake I cut it in half, put it into glass pans and put it in the microwave. The microwave was broke! I put the lasagna back in the oven. I wanted to make garlic bread. No pans to bake the bread on so I tried to make them on top of the stove with the cracked top in pans that are warped and scratched so badly the non-stick coating came off on the food!! Needless to say that was not safe to eat. I went to wash the dishes and discovered the garbage disposal does not work. If this situation was not so un-funny it would have been laughable. The floor has edges that are coming up and present a danger to bare feet. We tried to contact the owner and went to voicemail for both numbers. We contacted VRBO and they were able to get a hold if the owner. This is close to midnight. The owner apologized and acknowledged the issues and agreed to a cancelation. VRBO's response to this was to tell us to find a hotel room and they would reimburse us for a certain amount (approximately $600.00). It had to be with a hotel they contract with, in the same area, and we had to find it ourselves and pay for it upfront. Of course we ww
