Steps Away From White Sugar Sand Beaches~crystal Clear Beautiful Emerald Water

This condo is “Shore to Please” Sugar sand beaches and crystal clear water are only steps from our back porch. Crystal Villas Condominiums on Scenic 98 are a perfect place to relax and unwind. We offer complimentary beach service consisting of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. This service is included with reservations between the dates of March 1 and October 31. DESTIN has the most beautiful beaches around.

Our unit is a ground floor corner unit. You will enjoy majestic sunrises, sunsets, and nice cool breezes while still being secluded on your own private porch. At Crystal Villas you will also have the option of enjoying the swimming pool.

We invite you to stay at our little piece of paradise!

Such a dream

This week was so lovely! The perfect place to unplug and breathe in the sea air. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and just steps away from the beach. Definitely will want to stay here again!!!

Phenomenal Location and Easy Access

Perfect location!!! Steps away from the beach and yet secluded enough that was almost no traffic on our porch - very safe, specially when you have little ones who are big enough to walk from sand to the house for a quick snack or restroom break on their own. You can see them from the sand in and out of the condo. Loved it. Looking forward the next vacation already!

Beautiful property and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit very much, and would definitely recommend it to others. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Property looks exactly as in the pictures, and the view of the ocean was so lovely! This location is convenient to several wonderful restaurants and other attractions.

Second time as good as the first

We chose to stay at this location for a second time because our first stay was so great. We loved being on the ground floor and proximity to the beach and the Destin/Fort Walton restaurants. The room had everything we needed and the hosts are great to work with.

Great location!

The location is perfect, unless you want height you can’t beat this property. It’s well decorated, extremely clean and the views were incredible!

Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed at on the beach! Easy access to beach. Very private beach and condo area. Family friendly. The condo was immaculate. Extra beach toys and floats were a plus. We definitely would love to go back and stay again!

Exactly as represented on website but better

The condo was pristine and the view was breathtaking from the den and kitchen. The ability to walk from our patio to the sand in literally a few steps was priceless. Blown away at our host’s personal service. We travel as a family to rental homes regularly and you certainly get what you pay for with this rental. We will definitely look to vacation here again!

Great, memorable family getaway

Ideal parking and room location. Very easy to navigate in and out of the complex and into the restaurant/shopping areas. Kids loved the bunk beds, and the living quarters were perfect for our stay. We loved seeing the water and being so close to go to and from multiple times. Having rented umbrellas and chairs already made reserving a beach spot so easy and as busy as the beach gets, we felt like we had it all to ourselves.The pool was a great way to keep the kids busy after the beach wore them out. The hosts were very easy to work with and accommodating. This is one specific location unit and host that we would be willing to visit again!

Perfect Stay!

What an amazing week we have had! First, the property owners were fantastic to work with. They were kind and offered great advice on dining options as well. Second, the unit itself is STUNNING!!! Location is perfect. It is right next to a public access so I was a little worried about crowding, but have no fear- the beach for this unit is private and even in June was not crowded at all. The beach service attendants were amazing as well and I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. We had the best time with our kids and this will absolutely be the place we stay on our next trip.

Wonderful experience

This was our 2nd time of staying here at this property. Our view from the balcony was amazing! We watched dolphins playing and swimming almost daily. It has a nice grassy area that my boys could play football on. The property has everything we needed and more. She provided sand toys, a beach chair/table, and pool noodles. Those items were great as we flew down and unable to bring on the plane. My family is already asking when we will be able to come back. If you are looking for the white sand beaches and beautiful clear water...this place is for you!

Steps away from the Ocean!

This property was breathtaking. The first floor allowed us to step out onto the grass, with steps to the white sand, then ocean. We were ocean front. We could open the sliding doors and hear and see the ocean, at all times. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We loved having 2 bathrooms. We also loved the extra bunk beds in the hallway. We didn’t need them but they would have come in handy with a larger family. The decor was beautiful. We loved the shelves in the bathrooms for all the toiletries we packed. The communication was efficient and extremely courteous. This was a wonderful condo. We would highly recommend it. ❀

Best Family Vacation

This was our second time staying in this particular condo, and 4th time at Crystal Villas. Our favorite location in Destin. Can't beat opening the ground floor slider and walking out onto the beach! Jennifer was great to communicate with, and made sure we were all checked in and good to go! Condo is updated, well stocked and very clean! Perfect for our family of 4. There are bunk beds in the hallway but our 12 yr old prefers the sofa bed so he can fall asleep to the waves crashing outside ❀ Kristina took great care of us out on the beach each day with our chairs and umbrella. Lots of great restaurants and sweet treat places close by. We highly suggest Crab Trap, and some pizza at Merlin's. The Yard ice cream is right up the road, even though The Ice Cream Shoppe right next to Alvin's is our favorite! Can't say enough great things about this spot. Just book the trip! You won't be disappointed! Lots of core memories to be made in the sand!
