Additional amenities include a coin operated washer and dryer on an outside wall of the building, WIFI and cable, and one off street parking space which will not accommodate a long car.

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.

7-night minimum in Peak Season :: 3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays

No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.
Two (2) person maximum occupancy. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
