Retraite de Donna sur Rockaway Ct est une seule famille, les animaux domestiques, à deux niveaux, 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain maison privée sur la Bayside de North Mission Beach. Il dispose d'une cuisine de style californien ouverte (très bien équipé!), une salle à manger confortable et un espace de vie avec un décor de style joyeux et plage, Internet par câble avec WiFi, télévision par câble, lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et chaîne stéréo. La chambre principale se trouve au niveau du sol avec une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. Il dispose d'une télévision queen size bed & câble. L'étage est une autre chambre avec un lit queen size et une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. La salle de bain entre ces deux chambres est de taille standard avec baignoire / douche. Il ya un canapé-lit queen dans le salon si chambre à coucher supplémentaire est nécessaire. Il dispose d'un garage double. La laveuse et la sécheuse prend une partie de l'espace de stationnement, mais il se adaptera deux petites voitures ou une plus grande SUV. Se il vous plaît appelez-nous pour les mesures si vous avez des questions sur la taille. Grande terrasse extérieure entièrement clôturé et joliment paysagé de la vie privée. Il a grill barbecue à gaz et une table et des chaises pour 4 adultes plus 2 vélos Beach Cruiser, des planches de bodyboard et chaise de plage

Mission Bay et Mission Beach San Diego: Mission Bay est situé à seulement 40 pas de la maison. Il ya une plage de sable blanc et une belle promenade pour la marche, le vélo et le roller. La Baie-côté a tendance à être moins actif que l'océan-côté de Mission Beach et vous pouvez marcher sur l'océan Pacifique en seulement 3-4 minutes. Il ya de magnifiques restaurants mai pour le déjeuner et le dîner à distance de marche! La maison de la plage peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes et est disponible toute l'année en location de vacances.

We will be as generous as we can. This property is basically a flophouse for people who wish to stay out all night and drink so they can sleep thru the all-day-and-all-night street noise, landscapers at 6:30 am, trash trucks at 7am, motorcycles showing off, emergency vehicles helping drunks at 2 am, etc., all the while reading the property managers notes about tenants not making noise! You prohibit loud talking and singing but the only way to hold a conversation over the outside noise is to raise one’s voice. There were no dish towels upon arrival( later supplied) so it’s clear there is no expectation that tenants will cook food so need to wash dishes. There is no AC so we opened the windows(screens broken but fixed at our request) for air circulation letting in even more street noise. The house is small and old: opening screeching wooden drawers that woke up the dead, and the awkward floor plan but the beds were comfortable. It’s not really a good choice for family and folks over the age of 35, especially for seniors like us. This is such a shame because the location is excellent.

Excellent Location!!!

The house was clean, with a small backyard-mostly shaded in the late afternoon. Very clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. The communication with property management was great. Quick responses. Highly recommended!

This property is a great location. It is walkable to the bay and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped.There were lots of beach chairs and toys. We had a great time!

Great place to stay, centrally located in Mission Beach. 4 min to the beach, 4 min to the bay, lots of walking trails. Would highly recommend, for whatever that’s worth from a stranger.

Perfect location walking distances to beach and businesses, yet a private patio area. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding and towels are onsite. Fantastic communication with owners. They very much wanted to ensure our questions were met. Would stay again

Great size & location

Pros: location (4 minute walk to the beach), space (3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa and there was a bunk bed and another twin in one room), dog friendly, newer flooring, great water pressure. My 2020 Ford Expedition did fit with about two inches to spare front and back and we had to pull forward to use the washer and dryer. We did have to park our second vehicle elsewhere. Nice beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and bikes to borrow. Cons: being so close to Mission Blvd you do hear traffic, no AC, no dishwasher, very little area for the dog to potty, kitchen needs remodeling but functional. Fans were provided but box fans would be a better choice. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Location! Location! Location!

The property is a great location. Easy walk to beach or bay - and near shopping and restaurants. My single complaint is the stained carpet and overall lack of tlc given to the house. I understand because of where the house is located people will rent it without any updates, but it is just kind of a bummer.

Awesome spot

Wonderful spot for kids, parents and grandparents on our stay.. comfortable slept 6 and very well equipped with beach toys, bikes n chairs. Steps from the bay, close enough for the kids to run back n forth and also very close to the beach action but quiet at night.

Great home, great location

We loved our stay in this home. The home could use a few upgrades. There is no garbage disposal, no dishwasher and the carpet is worn. They are minor things that aren't a huge deal. The home was comfortable, beds were nice, and it was clean. There were also beach toys, chairs and bikes in the garage (we couldn't use them because of weather but they seemed to be in working order). The washer and dryer were nice to have and were very clean. As mentioned in the description, garage parking room is limited. We were upgraded by the rental agency to a Toyota 4runner. It fit parked at an angle. It worked for us but space is something to be mindful of if travelling with a bigger group or 2 cars. Even in January, Street parking was limited. The communication with Nancy's vacation rental was great. They were responsive and checked in with us to make sure there were no problems. They allowed us an early check in which was so appreciated. Every communication I had with them was very professional and they were very kind. Location is fantastic. The home is just off of the bay and is walking distance to Mission Beach and Belmont park or Pacific Beach. Many walkable food options and a grocery store. Short drive to sea world, San Diego Zoo and other area beaches. I would happily stay in this home again and will look for other listings from Nancy's vacation rentals for my future San Diego trips.

Great location

The house is located between the bay and ocean. Super easy access for each; located with easy walking distance of several great restaurants. One house back from the Main Street so a little noisy at times. Carpet was a bit stained but clean. But overall, really enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at Rockaway

It's a great spot. All was fine. We loved the yard and the pet friendlyness. Garage was great we fit an Equinox and a Mini Cooper in it. It's a bit crowded with the amount of furniture. Could probably pull some pieces and rearrange for more space. Also it's quite outdated and no dish washer. Everything was fine but the carpet really needs to go. I was expecting tile or laminate and the carpet was everywhere and very worn and stained etc. Nothing was bad just could use some love and updating. We still had a nice stay here with our family. Close to everything and many great things like the bikes came in handy! All in all a good stay.

Fully loaded for a family stay

We enjoyed every minute at this property! The kitchen was fully loaded with everything for our cooking needs. Plenty of beach toys, bikes, chairs, boogie boards, you name it!. There is a private courtyard that is fully secure, perfect for chilling with friends or for kids. The house was comfy, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be back again!

Christmas Vacation

We visited for 4 days between Christmas and New Year's. The location of the house was excellent. It is an older home so the interior features are older and worn. It definitely could use a new coat of paint and some new flooring. It was clean enough for this visit. I generally like something really clean but it was okay. There were 2 long black hairs in the tub so not sure how good the cleaners are that come in, but again it was okay. The appliances all worked good. About half the outlets didn't work but we made do with what was there. We spent as much time out as we could so didn't really hang out inside. The property allows small dogs and I took mine, so that was a positive feature. We enjoyed ourselves and have no outstanding complaints about any of it. Would recommend to anyone-just know that it is older without many upgrades and cleanliness is just okay.

Mission Beach Vacation

This property was OK. Nancy's management was great and very attentive. The property was fine. It's location, which is one building away from the main street, makes it noisy at night. The only other fault is the carpet. It's badly stained and needs to be replaced.

Two car garage with parking for 1 LARGE VEHICLE ONLY, or 2 small cars, the other side is occupied with bicycles and beach accessories: 15'5" wide, 16'9" long, 6'4" high, Large vehicles like suburbans or vans will not fit in the garage. Additional parking may be found on Mission Blvd. or Santa Clara Point. Visitors can also pay $5.00 for 2.5 hours of parking during daytime in the pay lot to the south.

*We provide 2 complimentary bikes for our guests. If there is any issue with the bikes we will do everything we can to fix the issue with our maintenance team, but there will be NO compensation if the issue cannot be resolved.
