Grand Avenue Beach Bungalow II, Blocks to Beach

Magnifiquement situé 2 chambres 1 bain bungalow sur la plage. Au cœur de Pacific Beach, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de l'océan, à 4 pâtés de maisons de la baie et à 2 pâtés de maisons du quartier des affaires animé de Garnet. Nous avons des vélos, des planches et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage, alors faites vos bagages, garez votre voiture dans le garage et sortez pour profiter du meilleur temps au monde!

2 chambres lumineuses et lumineuses avec 3 zones de couchage (un roi (rare à la plage!) une reine et un canapé-lit). Un téléviseur intelligent de 50 pouces et un accès Internet haut débit pour le divertissement (ou le travail ...). Le bungalow dispose également d'un espace extérieur privé

L'unité entière est à vous, y compris une buanderie séparée avec une laveuse / sécheuse gratuite.

Nous sommes une société de gestion professionnelle et des Superhosts. Nous ne sommes qu’un appel et ne prenons généralement que 5 minutes, mais toutes nos unités sont configurées pour fonctionner sans clé et en libre-service.

Pacific Beach est l'un des meilleurs endroits à San Diego. Grands bars et restaurants sont tous à 5-10 minutes à pied. Ici, la plage vibre, mais vous êtes juste assez éloigné de la plage pour que vous puissiez laisser derrière vous le bruit et la folie de la fin de nuit et vous détendre en paix.

Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, nous avons des vélos et vous pourriez passer un mois à cet endroit pour manger, boire et vous amuser dans un rayon de trois kilomètres et ne vous ennuyez jamais.

Great location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks because she moved here. It was a great location - walkable to a lot of areas. It was very comfortable-beds were comfortable and living room couch pulls out so it was comfortable watching tv. Could have more kitchen pans/utensils but it was workable. Place was very clean - could use some touch up paint on doors. Also I worked remotely and needed to purchase some extension cords due to limited outlets (needed for second screen and printer) so that would be helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

The house is clean and neat, but the real win here is the location. Walkable to beach, grocery store, gyms, coffee shops, bars, and more! Our group needed more towels dropped at the house and the host was quick to communicate and informed me as entries would happen to the house. Was a great stay for a group of 4 adults!

Great stay close to the beach

Few minutes walk from everything and relatively quiet for a family trip. Aaron was very communicative. The place had ac units and parking. No dishwasher or laundry in the unit (there is a communal pay machine) but for a few days at the beach that’s fine. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Crown Point was excellent, Aaron was a great host. Always making sure our stay was going good and checking if we needed anything. There are all the amenities you would need right around the location. Having the beach a few blocks away was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The sweet Pacific Beach spot

This little place was perfect for the 4 of us. We came to see family that lives near by. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and Ralph’s grocery store. Property was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again. Property manager was responsive and made check in and out a breeze. Thanks

Long weekend in Pacific Beach

We loved our stay here. Easy check in/out. Great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Some of the boardwalk shenanigans makes you a little uneasy, but lots of people around! Beach was great, and an easy walk with two young kids. Grocery store close! Apartment had everything we needed.

Great Stay!

This property was wonderful! We used to live nearby and have a friend that stays in the same building and the whole place felt like home vs a vaction rental. Its a short walk to coffee places and the boardwalk. You can even walk to belmont park using the boardwalk. having parking is a plus after a long day at the beach or outings and not having to fight for street parking. 100/10 recommend staying here if you want to vacation in Pacific Beach!

Excellent stay

Cute place just a few blocks from Pacific Beach. Very clean. Lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance. The host responded very quickly to our questions. The neighborhood felt safe. We didn't spend too much time in the house as we were there to explore San Diego and move my son into college, but I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cute Little Unit!

Close to the beach, restaurants, clubs. We walked everywhere, even a supermarket just 2 blocks away. Loved having an assigned parking space and access to beach gear. Loved the decor in the unit, very cute. Beds were comfortable as were pillows which is a rarity.

Fun Neighborhood

Communication was great. The condo is a short walk to the beach, tons of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The complex was quiet and all well kept. Things were well stocked and the laundry and appliances were nice. There were 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, some toys and umbrellas in the garage. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We had a great time in San Diego!

Great location

This place is on a busy (noisy) road so take that into mind. We knew that going in and it wasn’t a big deal for us. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms. Couch was comfortable for 2 adults and a teenager. Kitchen was set up really well. Location was in walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, shops and a variety of restaurants. The only issue was that the master bedroom bed was really firm but that is a personal choice and not one I take off points for. Parking is not in a garage but in front of one in the alley so we were glad we drove the car and not the truck. We would stay here again. Aaron was super responsive with all communication!! Great host!

Disappointing stay

This property was nothing like the description and photos. It was very run down, the floors and tables felt sticky and gritty and there was a horrible smell, mainly in the second bedroom. Some of the window blinds were broken and if more than one light and the aircon was on everything fused. Aaron did respond quickly to my messages and tried to sort out the smell, but it didn’t make any difference. The property is in a good position, close to beach, shops and restaurants, but I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay there again.
