Welcome to our home.

Come relax & have tons of fun in this secluded 4 bedroom on Lake June. This home was completely & meticulously renovated in 2021. Featuring modern and mid century design, just footsteps to the white sandy bottom of Lake June. The view is endless - enjoy beautiful sunrises & sunsets from the patio or the brand new dock. This part of the lake has the most shallow shore area - perfect for playing games in the water or relaxing on a chair in the water. Perfect home to experience lake life!


Just recently added to VRBO, our home is not just a rental. It’s a home away from home. We labored over renovating our home and we hope you enjoy it.

The master has a spectacular view towards the water. It includes a king size bed, side by side knight stands with iPhone chargers and a dresser to place your belongings. The owners closet is locked in order to store owner belongings. Master bathroom has a spacious shower with Kohler double shower heads which includes an amazing rainfall shower. Bathroom also has a spacious double sink vanity.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have very comfortable queen size beds. The “Boho” room has a softer plush mattress with topper. The “Blue Heron” room has a firmer mattress to fit all your needs.

The kids bunk room is the room the kids will love! There are 2 bunks beds with twin size beds on top and full size on the bottom. There is also another comfortable twin size bed as well. The room has a large 55 inch smart TV with internet connections o you can log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts. We have also included board games, toys for young kids, and plenty of books to read.


Living room has an extremely comfortable sectional couch and a 75 inch smart TV with Sonos speakers. You can also log onto your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts as well. Beautiful well designed 8 person dinner table with additional leaves that can sit up to an additional 4 chairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with knives, pots, pans, coffee machine and grinder, a griddle, blender, French press, and more.

Patio has another beautiful 6 person table, 3 person couch and 2 chairs. We also provide a propane gas grill. Two hammocks out back to lounge and relax while you overlook the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We also include 2 paddle boards, 6 plastic Adirondack chairs, and beach toys.

Lake June is an amazing white sandy bottom lake in Lake Placid. Well known for water sports, boating, and fishing.

There is also a local boat rental on Lake June that will rent you jet skis, pontoons and boats for all your water sports.

Our home is 7 minutes from the charming downtown that includes a fantastic lunch spot, Morty and Edna’s as well as a local brewery, newer pool hall, restaurants and shops. Make sure to visit the Blueberry Patch if this is your first time in town.
