We’re Colleen & Jonathan with Colpani Properties. Since 2016 we’ve hosted families and friend groups across South Florida—a Fort Lauderdale waterfront 5BR, a Marathon (Florida Keys) 3BR designed for weekly stays, and a Sebring 9BR lakefront for reunions (sleeps 25). We’re hands-on hosts who value clean, well-equipped homes: fast Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, comfy beds, thoughtful extras (EV chargers, hot tubs, game rooms, private dock where applicable). We recently partnered with a new management and cleaning team to raise our standards even further. Our goal is simple: clear communication, easy self check-in, and spaces that make gathering together feel effortless.

We chose Lake Josephine for its wide-open water views and space to gather. The neighborhood is minutes to the Sebring International Raceway, groceries, parks, and boat ramps. Afternoons on the deck and evenings by the fire pit feel miles from everything, yet you’re close to what you need. It’s perfect for reunions, retreats, and multi-family trips that want both nature and convenience.
