This condo is unbeatably located on Commercial Street in the desirable East End, where it sits among art galleries, restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, and whale-watching tours. There's a deeded parking space so you can come and go with ease, but much is within walking or bike-riding distance. The Fox Run Trail, the Dune Shacks Trail, and the center of Provincetown are all within a mile. Herring Cove Beach (three miles) and Race Point Beach (four miles) are nearby as well.
Stroll home from a day spent sunbathing and swimming in Cape Cod Bay to be greeted by an ocean view property that's full of 19th-century charm. The condo itself is smartly laid out, offering wide-plank wood floors and nautical-inspired decor. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
