Dans le centre-ville de Provincetown, cet immeuble se trouve Ă quelques pas de Commercial Street et Cape Cod Beaches. BibliothĂšque publique de Provincetown et Plages de la ville se trouvent juste Ă quelques pas.
It is the perfect location, especially getting off of the ferry, you can walk everywhere. The deck looking at the water was our favorite. Its an older property on the water so there is some musty smells which is to be expected. Size is perfect for 2 people.
Canât beat the location, but for the price the place is outdated, the microwave plate was dirty, the coffee mugs were put away dirty, and the outside was cluttered with multiple tvâs or computer screens (couldnât tell which), and a rock hoarding situation on the porch that was unappealing.
We had a great time. The people at Angelâs Landing were very welcoming. The apartment was small but efficient for our needs (although two men in a full bed is a little compact)! Very clean, lots of kitchen equipment to use, and the tv/cable/dvd player set up on rainy days was very much appreciated.

Mold/Mildew
I felt the room had mold and/or mildew. Definitely at the base of the shower stall and probably in the AC unit. I left after a week feeling sick. It could be coincidental but it felt like there was some sort of mold/mildew contamination making me sick. Also, I could not find a way to get clean towels and two towels were not sufficient for the entire week.
The property was adorable and gorgeous. The room was small but had everything we needed and we were able to cook breakfast and lunch for ourselves every day without issue. The bathroom was incredibly small and cramped, but we knew that would be the case when we rented the place. Bed was a bit small for two grown men but we knew that would be the case as well. The shower was a bit of a challenge to use without water soaking the bathroom floor and the bathmat provided but we managed. A better shower curtain would fix that. The shower head stopped working on us once on the last day of our trip but it started working again within the hour. The location was prime right on commercial and in the quieter side of town while also being super close to the main harbor which were all excellent perks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come again!
Not modern but quite cozy. The tiniest of issues were dealt with promptly. I like that there are long term residents there. Made friends with the lobster fisherman next door, the artist above and the three legged fox on the beach. :-)
Amazing spot, right on commercial street. While it's small in size, it compensates for its location and comfort. It's dead center of the art district and you immediately sink into the culture of the area. Overall stay was fantastic, my wife and I had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for the amazing experience.
We just spent three nights here. It is right in the middle of everything but yet so quiet. As you read in other reviews, this place is small and bathroom is small as well, but for us it was perfect. We just needed a place to sleep and shower as we didn't come to PTown to be in our room. It has a fully equipped kitchen but we did not use it. It had all the amenities we needed, hair dryer, iron and board, full size fridge. You are more towards the art side of the pier so not as many bars nearby so night time is really peaceul. We were happy with our choice.
Charming and efficient home in a perfect walk to everything location. The complex of homes sits right on the water and 2 doors down from Harbor Lounge. We had a great experience with the owner who was extremely responsive to any emails and questions and went out of her way to make suggestions. Overall a great experience.
Yes, the location was perfect as it was town center and right on the beach. I could deal with the dated furniture and even the sliding screen door that constantly fell off the track. However, I can not deal with roaches...they freak me out. As I was unpacking I killed several. Also, I heard something scratching in the wall or under the floor boards needless to say that really freaked me out. I was shocked that these issues were not mentioned in any of the other reviews.
This condo is in an excellent location, right in the heart of town. While not too large itâs perfect for two people and the deck is amazing. We spent most of our time out there. With good coffee and pastries right outside your door we didnât bother with cooking breakfast. And later after dinner there is a cupcake shop on the premises for that last little bite of sweeet. Weâll be back!
Rosemarie the owner was wonderful. The place was cute and in a sweet area. Other guests were so nice. Right on the beach, yet privately tucked away ftom the main drag. Yet the shops are all just a few steps away
The unit was super clean, but the unit needs a little updating. The sliding glass door should be replaced as the screen door part was difficult to use (kept coming off the track) and the key lock was difficult to operate sometimes. I noticed most of the other units had newer doors keypad locks. The bathroom fan starts out very loud and was annoying. The unit itself does not face the water at all. You must go out to the deck enjoy the breeze and/or view. People should know this in case they are looking for a place with a view. I mention because it did rain and was cool one day; I had to stay in the room and was disappointed that I couldn't see out the windows. Otherwise, it was fine.
After 40 years visiting, and staying at Angel's Landing many times, we have finally realized our dream of owning a place in Provincetown. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Please let us know what we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
