Sleep soundly with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and 2 queen sized bunk beds (total of 4 beds) in the Disney kid's room. Complimentary Washer and dryer available inside the unit so you don't have to overpack. Make your own meals in a fully stocked kitchen that also has all brand-new appliances for you to enjoy. Other things to note:

Upon arrival, you will need to check-in at the clubhouse where you will pay the $20 per day resort fee (which covers all guests staying at the home), register your car for a hanging tag, receive wrist band for guests. The wrist band gives access to the guard gate on Sand Mine Rd. Scan through the gate and go right to the townhouse.

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
