Bienvenue dans notre maison au Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

Notre maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et propre et dispose d'un mobilier de qualité. Vous apprécierez le mobilier confortable, un décor moderne et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Téléviseurs à écran plat sont dans chaque chambre et nous avons un lecteur DVD BluRay et High Speed Internet sans fil gratuit ainsi que longue distance gratuit appelant aux États-Unis et au Canada.

Notre maison à Regal Palms dispose de deux chambres à coucher, deux avec salle de bain. Deux chambres avec lits jumeaux partagent la troisième salle de bain. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat, Hauts mémoire matelas en mousse et sont joliment décorées.

Notre cour arrière plein sud dispose d'un patio, table et chaises d'un barbecue commun pour profiter du beau temps en Floride.

Vous allez adorer Regal Palms Resort, avec son complexe Resort Pool de deux acres, avec Lazy River et Toboggan aquatique.

Il ya deux piscines, une zone de la piscine Plage Entrée pour les plus petits, bain à remous, aire de jeux, Beach-volley, Tiki bar, billard, Club House et vous pourrez manger, bar, Santé & Beauté Spa, Gym / Centre de remise en forme, du maquillage pour enfants et tressage des cheveux, de Banana Jack aire de jeux intérieure et Arcade et 24 heures réception.

L'Exclusive Gated Resort jouit des motifs qui sont luxuriants et bien entretenus. Le complexe est bien entretenu et toujours en état de vitrine.

En face de Regal Palms est Highlands Reserve Golf Course, et sur la place devant l'hôtel il ya une épicerie Publix et Pharmacie, Resturant Applebee, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Banque, Guichet automatique, Centre médical et plus encore. Walmart Supercentre est de 3 miles jusqu'à la route.

Notre emplacement est idéal. Nous sommes à 8 miles de Disney et situé au centre de toutes les attractions de la région et de shopping. Plages côtières sur les deux côtés sont une courte distance en voiture (1h, 15m). Il y a tellement de choses à faire que vous devrez revenir année après année pour tout expérimenter!

Beautiful townhome

Beautiful gated community that was easy to access. Gorgeous home. Very clean and easy to keep clean with a family of five staying there. Great options nearby to get groceries and then cook in the home. Plenty of space for everyone.

5 Star Stay!!

This place is great! My 3rd time staying here. It really is a great price for what you get. Neighborhood and pool area is nice and stores/food very conveniently located. Beds are comfortable and the home is updated and in good condition. Linda is great to work with, I look for her places as she owns one other property in the development. Only complaint is it is a bit of drive to anything. Traffic has gotten worse over the years so it takes longer to get to the parks or to the beach. Just plan accordingly, with traffic it’s about 1 hour to attractions and the beaches on the golf side is about 2-2.5 hours. The beaches on the Atlantic are a bit closer, but to me they aren’t as nice.

‘25 April All Parks Vacation

We are a family of seven so using a VRBO rental for us is practical. The listing is as described and the host was great, very communicative, and the instructions were very clear for the check-in/check-out process. We used the amenities on check-in day and on our “rest” day. There were a few draw backs which was the distance to the parks, esp with that FL traffic but we made do. The house was clean but like surface level clean, there was still debris on the floors but we just swept it up. The air does not go past 72 and it was a VERY hot week, most nights we just slept with a sheet and the box fan on blast. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Such a great place!

We truly didn’t want to leave. First let me say the condo was absolutely spotless. The beds were so comfortable and the set up worked great for my 9 yr old son and 11 year old daughter getting to have their own rooms on separate floors. The beds were so comfortable and having TVs in each room was great. The pool area was a dream come true- truly a resort and vacation on its own.The weather was perfect in April and we spent a ton of our time there.The location was nice, lots of restaurants and convenient shopping, and away from the crazy traffic right next to the theme parks. So happy

Decent Disney Stay--Some Concerns

Good value overall. Check in a bit annoying, but as described. Fee required and bracelet pick up from main building even without use, but open 24-7. Neighborhood nice. Quiet. Overall surface clean for a rental--BUT aged carpet, dust along shower tile top, SEVERELY mildewed shower curtains (please change those), stained towels, food wrappers in kids' room, and a used contact lens on the edge of toilet (sill there probably), and worst of all caked yellow urine on the downstairs toilet bowl--while wrapped in a sanitation seal. That was really gross. Those are cleaning issues that can be resolved. Otherwise, this house had ok space, decent decor, stocked kitchen, and overall comfortable place to crash & get up the next day to Disney all over again. I will say it was warm--even on cool nights, so I'm wondering if it bakes in the summer? Ok for winter. We did not contact about these cleaning issues--should not have to do that. Prefer just to vacation on vacation. Hopefully the manager corrects for the next person. For the price, it is ok. We'll probably look for a better option next time but it worked enough this time--if I block the cleaning memories.

Nice Property

The place and the neighborhood were great. The owner was easy to reach when we had a door lock issue and she helped us immediately! The house was very clean and had most all that we needed. It was roomy and perfect for us. Everything was very well spelled out in the listing and the correspondence with the owner. There were no big surprises. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 were the lack of some basic things. While I knew there would be no xtra toilet paper and paper towels, laundry or dishwasher stuff or bathroom basics (body wash, shampoo) I think some of that should be supplied (and has been in other rentals I've had). At least a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper, a couple pods for the dishwasher and Trash Bags. Those are things you can't usually buy in small quantities when you're there and it's a waste of money to buy 6 rolls of toilet paper when you're only going to use 2 or 3 and a Box of Trash Bags (Which was required per the note on the trash can outside.."no loose trash or small grocery bags of trash") - which I didn't notice until the 2nd day. (that actually was a surprise). And a couple dishwasher pods - I didn't buy so we handwashed dishes - which I don't believe gets dishes disinfected but I wasn't going to buy more basic supplies. I'm assuming most people buy some of this stuff and leave what they don't use as we did (that should be left for next guests) That was my only complaint but the place was very nice and comfortable

Everything You Need

The house was what was described online. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night after long days at the parks. Check in went smoothly and we enjoyed the pools on our down days. It was a bit of a drive to Disney and the other theme parks we went to but not a deal breaker. As a plus Linda was fantastic to deal with!

Beautiful townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean. Living area was a little small if we would have had 8 people but each room had a tv so people could watch tv in their own room if needed. For 5 of us it was perfect. We would definitely come back again!

House was very nice

We had a good time. The house was exactly like the pictures. We didnt have any issues and Linda was straightforward with every process of checking in/out. The community pool was a long walk but we didnt mind, it was quieter at the location of the house.

Magnifique vacances

Nous avons fait des vacances de familles(7 personnes) en Floride. Nous avons été très satisfait de la location de cet appartement. L'endroit était très propre et confortable. Nous avons aussi une journée à la piscine et ses installations. Nous avons eu de magnifique vacances en famille. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine.

We LOVED the house!!!

The house was awesome!!! Perfect for our trip and plenty of space for our family of 6. There was so much room. Very spacious. The pool amenities were so nice to have as well. We really enjoyed it. It was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Pretty basic

First impression did not start off great. The GPS took us to the gate and when I asked the security guard how to check in he automatically told me he could not help me and told me to go to the club house but I had to ask where exactly that was and he was not friendly at all. Got to the clubhouse and was checked in and given two paper cards for free pool towels with no explanation at all. We did not use the pool towels since it was chilly with wind. When I checked out I was asked to turn in the paper cards which I did not have nor use thinking they were extra but news to me they were not and I was charged $20 for not having them. The host was informative and that was probably the best part of the rental. The two twins and room downstairs are smaller than expected. Beds were fine. House was pretty outdated and the kitchen amenities were pretty cheap as well as scarce. Definitely would not stay again.

Kids loved the pool

The club house and pool are awesome. The house has plenty of room it was eight of us. The beds are all comfy, king bed sheets kept coming off to small. The place was real basic, the only soap was 3 little bars in bathrooms . The AC stopped working Saturday night no one could come until Monday morning so that was awful thankfully the pool was fun .

A Good Stay

The house is nice-our GPS kept taking us to the wrong street so finding it initially was tricky. The house was nice, quiet neighborhood, and we all felt safe. Close to a lot of the fun things. Would stay again!

Great host and communications. Pictures of pool And lazy are bigger than it is, but still very enjoyable. Beds could use a little updating. Distance to theme parks closer to 20 min but fairly easy

Nice place

Overall the Property was nice. Master beadroom bed was a little too soft resulting in not good sleep. Others did not complain. Master Bathroom was nice it just needs a safety bar in shower because of the depth of the tub. Table size and seating did not allow for my family to sit together for dinner so some had to sit in the living room which was close by Overall we were pleased with the home. Thank you.

Great Place for Family

The home and accommodations were perfect for our whole family . We visited all the amusement parks and then came home to cook and enjoy the pool and amenities. Our Hostess was a blessing and helped me with airport locations, attractions and so much more . A great stay , Highly recommend!

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for years. We love it. There is so much to do. It's like a different vacation each time we go. We try to do something new every time along with all of our favorites.

We love Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes make a trip to the Tampa Zoo. A day at Discovery Cove is also one of our favorites!

I love that families make their own vacation memories in our home. That's really special to me :-)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Regal Palms is perfect for families. There is so much more for all of us to do here. Kids are able to meet new friends at the pool and play all day. We are able to really relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and beautiful weather. A drink by the pool is always fun too. On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a full home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room to have family visit us there too.
