Place was great! Kids (and adults) loved the theme and set up in each room. Place was clean and had just about everything we could’ve needed.

We really liked this stay. The unit is so much fun for kids. They have baby gates in all the appropriate places, and several other things you need when traveling with kids. It is pretty far from the pool, so you will want to drive. Honestly the reason I gave less than 5 stars is because the AC is locked on 71 and there is only one tiny fan in one of the 3 bedrooms. Since the bedrooms are upstairs it got very stuffy. We ended up buying a fan.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the home and the family-friendly features. Regarding the A/C, the thermostat does have a minimum setting to prevent the system from freezing, which can cause the unit to stop working entirely. That said, based on feedback like yours, we’ve since adjusted the minimum temperature down to 70°F. The home also includes ceiling fans in the primary bedroom. We do wish we had been given the opportunity to make this right during your stay, as we checked in and didn’t hear about any concerns at the time. We would have been more than happy to provide additional fans to improve comfort. Thank you again for staying with us—we appreciate your feedback!

Beautiful rental property with all the upgrades for Mom and Dad and the best kids room by far. Complimented our Halloween Disney trip perfect!🎃 Great communication by property owners. Best pool resort area. Loved the lazy river. Thank you for the memories.

The home was nice and clean. Decor was really cool, teenager loved the bunkbed. Ac needs help. Had set to 70 as instructed on notes by thermostat, was warm one minute cool the next. Had fan on all night in the master and was still too warm. We did not use the amenities so can’t comment on that. The home is at the far end of the complex just an fyi, if need to go to the restaurant or front desk best to drive. Outside the back door could definitely use some cleaning up and maintenance, very unappealing. Couch closest to the dining room table was very well used and uncomfortable. Fire extinguishers are outdated on both floors and the spray on coating in the master tub was peeling. Master bath light very dim and flickering. Lighting in almost every room was lacking. The doors and jams could use a once over with a magic eraser. Still was a pretty nice place.

From the moment we booked, I was confident our stay was going to be great. We were instantly contacted by our host and never waited more than a few minutes for a response. Prior to arrival we were contacted several times with options to check-in early, arrange groceries, rent a stroller etc. All of these were for an additional fee, and we did not opt to use them this time, but how nice that they offer those services?!The unit itself was stunning!!! A highlight and core memory-maker for our family. We have a 6-year-old and 5-year-old and they dubbed it "The Best Vacation Ever" before we ever got to the parks. Every detail was carefully thought out, and it is truly even better in person! It extended the magic far beyond the parks and we spent the week in awe of how cool the place was! We will absolutely be recommending this home to everyone we know coming to Disney and are looking forward to renting here again! *Side note, that we have stayed at Regal Palms twice now and the staff has always been incredibly helpful and kind and the grounds have always been clean and well kept. The arcade is hit or miss with the games....but what arcade isn't? We love this resort and cannot wait to return.

This hidden gem is just amazing! Every room immerses you into the Neverland theme! From fishing nets and pirate maps downstairs, to Lost boys, Indian grounds, mermaid lagoon, and Captains quarters upstairs, this house is just the best! We didn’t want to leave!!! We had a short stay and only used the pools for about an hour, but it’s fun! You will need to drive to the pool as this property is tucked away at the back of the resort. There is an activities manager on site that has fun kids activities for 5 on the weekends. I would recommend this property to everyone!!!! I’d give this 10/5 stars if I could.
