The house can accommodate 4 people.
There are two bedrooms with queen size memory foam mattresses.
Two bathrooms, well- stocked kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining area. As well as fire pit and swing chair in the backyard.
Guests from the upstairs balcony may be seen in the backyard.

Guests have access to the entire lower level of this 2-story house and will be granted with a smart lock.
This unit has a private entrance, separate from a unit above. The entrance is through the side gate.

The regular night rate covers 4 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the house and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.

Please note that as mentioned in our house rules, events and parties are strictly not allowed. Where parties/events are found, unexpected cleaning costs will be charged accordingly.

Kindly remove your shoes when entering the house and use the cutting board when preparing food to protect the countertop.

Please refrain from going up stairways to keep upper level's privacy.

Please maintain a respectful noise level during your stay, particularly during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and please refrain from throwing cigarette butts on the lawn. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the property.

A parking spot is available in front of the side gate.

Check-in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am. Late departure may result in an additional charge.

Please avoid going beyond the fence and refrain from throwing trash downhill.

Finally, please remember to close the umbrella and extinguish the fire pit after use.

Checkout instructions:
Kindly place any used dishes in the dishwasher and used towels next to the washing machine.

Garbage must be packed into garbage bags and disposed of in the trash can located at the corner of the garage door. Please ensure that it does not leak and that you use the correct bin for recycling (blue lid) and garbage (green lid).

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, heaters, and fans and lock the door behind you.
