Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. At Fun in the Sun you can enjoy soaking up rays at the pool or hopping on a boogie board and hitting the surf. Outdoor showers are conveniently located around the pool and at the beach access. Sand toys and boogie boards are stored in the lower level unit closet.

After a fun-filled day on the Carolina Coast, wind down with a puzzle or family game night. If going out is more your style, swing on over to Daddy Mac's Beach Grille!
The space
With coastal decor throughout, this condo features a single bedroom with a queen bed and a private half bath. Twin bunk beds are located in the hall as you make your way to the living room. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo opposite the bunk beds.

The kitchen includes utensils, pots and pans, and appliances such as a toaster and a coffee maker should you decide to dine in.

The kitchen opens up to a good sized living room that looks out on the condo balcony. From the comfortable balcony seating enjoy pool and ocean views.

Pool is open April 1 - October 31.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces of the condo.

Other things to note
There is an on-site pay laundromat that takes cash as well as card should you need to wash clothes. It is located to the back left of the property as you are approaching the gate to leave. Additionally, their are charcoal grills for use directly in front of the laundromat.

The unit is heated during the winter and has air conditioning for the hot summer months.

The Surf

Overall the place was very comfortable and met most of my expectations. The pool was closed the entire time though it stated it would be open after April1st. I also could not access the room the beach chairs were in - key didn't work. There is direct access to the beach which is very nice.

Great Condo on the Beach!

This condo unit was convenient with easy beach access and a beautiful pool. The unit itself had nice updates throughout and was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick Trip

My sister and I decided to go for a short two day getaway. The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. It was located in a central part of Surf City. The complex is oceanfront and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was beautiful, although it was too cold to enjoy at the time. Great place for a quick trip!

My folks, in search of a vacation home that they could also rent out, loved the Surf Condominiums and asked me to help them purchase and manage the property. When they are not spending time in Michigan, they fly south to enjoy time with their grandkids on the North Carolina coast. We hope you enjoy the amazing ocean views and relaxing atmosphere of our little spot to have some Fun in the Sun.
