Updated Oceanview Surf City Condo with Pool and Private Beach access

Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful views of the sea from your private balcony. Relax at the zero entry pool and utilize private beach access for a day of fun in the sun. Condo is updated with stainless steel appliances and includes in-unit laundry!

Master bedroom has king bed and is attached to half bath, ensuring privacy as needed. Built in bunk beds are perfect for kids or singles, and are directly adjacent to full bath. murphy bed (queen) is located in living room and a spacious couch is in living room as well.
Linens and beach towels included, as well as beach gear and life jackets/floaties for kids. Space is toddler friendly, equipped with clip on high chair, pack n play and toys.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway

Condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway to the beach - clean, well stocked, great location. Host was great to communicate with and quick to respond - would definitely stay here again!

Surf City Condo

The condo is exactly as advertised. The unit has a nice view of the pool and ocean and a very easy walk right down to the sand. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive to any question we had. We would stay there again.

Beach retreat

Our stay was amazing. Caroline had everything we could have possibly needed provided for us. The condo was clean and spacious for our group of 4. We spent our mornings at either the pool or beach and our afternoons discovering other places on the island. We would absolutely recommend and return. Thank you so much!

Beach Getaway

Amazing week at the beach. Everything needed for fun in the sand and at the pool was provided. Everything was clean, comfy beds, ample cooking supplies, & cleaning supplies provided. We had a great time!

Beautiful, Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful property. Amazing oceanfront and pool. Condo was perfect, everything you could need including beach gear. Owner was so accommodating and quick to reply to all my emails. We had six people sleeping comfortably and a dog.

Perfect vacation!

The condo was very clean with lots of updates to make it feel homey. It was nice that there was plenty of everyday supplies that you might need during your stay. We did communicate with Caroline during our stay and she was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect!

My kids and I were visiting my son who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. We could not have a asked for a better place to stay! The condo was beautiful...it had everything we needed for a fun beach weekend...and the location was fantastic. We loved Surf City! Caroline was so quick to answer any questions and was extremely accomodating. We hope to be able to stay here again!!

Amazing family vacay!

The condo was exactly as the listing expected. My husband, myself and our 2 kids (6 and 1) and we had a wonderful time. The zero entry pool was so nice to have right there near the condo and the view of that and the ocean were perfect. We could go back to the room for naps/lunch and it was just a short walk. The host had so many toys, beach toy, chairs and wagon and that made it so nice to not have to bring a bunch of extra stuff. We did bring our own beach canopy but that was it. We are looking forward to visiting next year.

This is our first time getting our own condo and we loved it, super nice and super easy walk to the beach! Only recommendation would be to get a pad lock because us sharing one key had me a nervous wreck we were gonna lose it. Thank you!

We fell in love with Topsail Island!

Thanks to our amazing stay, our family has become huge fans of Topsail Island.... we were sad to leave and wish we could've stayed longer! We spent our first family vacation with an infant under 1 and a large dog in this cute condo and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was central to the island, the pool was amazing, and waking up every morning to enjoy my cup of coffee with the sound, breeze, and sight of the ocean was just a dream. We will definitely be back to this island and hope to stay in Caroline's place again!

Caroline was very responsive to our inquiries. The condo was clean. The location is great. Love the pool. There were beach items to accommodate all our needs. Perfect getaway

Caroline's place was absolutely perfect! The condo was well cared for, fully furnished with everything you could need for a family vacation. She even had beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. The property was quiet with a mix of vacationers and property owners Caroline was so helpful and responsive. She messaged back every time within minutes! She had everything there for our stay that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay longer.

Paradise Found

What a wonderful place to spend my birthday week! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this condo is! My husband and I, along with our dog enjoyed everything about the condo, the property and the Surf Condo staff. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures! So clean and spacious. Everything you need is already there! The beach chairs, wagon , everything! The towels and linens were high quality. The furniture and decor is so beachy and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for chilling. The pool was perfect, note there are a lot of children but everyone was well behaved. Beach was beautiful and we took long walks. Caroline, the owner provided us dining recommendations and they were spot on. Caroline was very responsive and helpful. Big shout out to Dean , the onsite security for being so kind and welcoming. He made you feel safe, while being just a nice person. We will definitely be renting this condo again next summer!!!

Great Stay

Had a great stay. The place was clean and as advertised. The location was ideal. The views were perfect. However, be warned the walls/floors are thin. I know the property owner can't help this, but warning other folks of this. We heard every footsteps the upstairs neighbors made and they were doing construction up there. The neighborhood is great, beautiful, but I wouldn't label it as dog friendly because dogs can't go out onto the court yard.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Condo is situated in a nicely gated community with friendly staff. Condo itself was super clean and space was efficiently used. Host had everything you could think of and more! Ended up with 3 teenagers with my husband and I plus our dog Duke plenty of space. View from the balcony was perfect. Will definitely be booking this one again in the future!

Surf City Condo — June 2023

First time staying here and loved the property. Family of 4 (two kids under 6) had plenty of room. Not a far walk to and from the beach or pool. Caroline was quick to respond when needed and check in/check out was a breeze. The condo is also stocked with plenty of stuff. Loved the enclosed storage unit with a lock. Great place to store beach stuff for the week. Parking was plenty and beach wasn’t too crowded. Pool closed early two different days because the pump overheated. Otherwise, great all around. Would stay here again!

Hi! I'm Caroline and my husband is Galen. We bought this condo in July of 2022, and are so excited to share it with everyone! We live and work in Raleigh when not down enjoying the beach, and have 3 children, ages 1, 3 and 12. We both work in the Brewing Industry and have been in the hospitality industry in one way or another for the past 2 decades. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our condo is perfect for families or small groups who just want to get away! The private, second floor balcony overlooks the complex pool which is a great walk-in, zero entry pool. Just past the pool you can see the natural dune and ocean. Listen to the waves crash as you drink your morning coffee. It's just a 1-to-2 min walk to the beach, keep an eye out for sharks teeth in the sand, we have found a lot already! Walk down just over 1 mile to the Surf City Pier and lots of shops and restaurants. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets and all the cookware you will need to stay in and relax.
