You will be located on Kukulcan Boulevard, which is also known as the Hotel Zone - hotels, restaurants, malls, and nightclubs line either side of the boulevard, which runs down the middle of the 15-mile-long sandbar. Other must-visit attractions include Plaza De Toros Cancun, Captain Hook Cancun, Torre Escénica Del Embarcadero De Cancún, Marina Aquatours | Jungle Tour & Catamaran, and Faro Norte.

This beautiful home is all about comfort and relaxation no matter where you are located. Spend refreshing evenings in your private pool while the kiddos play and splash in the smaller plunge pool right next to the main pool. The pool area has an attached patio with plenty of comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in sink. This is a wonderful spot to dine alfresco and relax after a wonderful time in the water.

Inside this air-conditioned home, you will encounter an inviting open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas. This entire area has been beautifully decorated with wicker decor and wooden accents here and there. The extensive sofa is located right in front of a large TV, providing a wonderful spot to unwind. The adjoining dining area seats everyone comfortably. The beautiful kitchen is fully appointed with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze - it also features a convenient coffee station with a Nespresso coffee maker and a Nespresso Aeroccino 4.

The second floor of the home boasts two bedrooms - both with TVs and access to a small balcony. One of the bedrooms has beautiful views of the nearby marina. The third floor has only one bedroom with a TV and another small balcony. And last, but definitely not least, the upper-level, penthouse-like bedroom has a huge TV and access to a rooftop terrace with marina views.

For security purposes and access to the complex, this resort requires identification for all guests 18+ years, as well as names and ages of guests 17 and under, 48 hours prior to check-in.
