Cette villa moderne pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8-10 personnes et dispose de plus de 5000 pi. Ca. d'espace de vie et de terrasses. Il dispose d'un grand salon, TV écran plat avec DVD, salle à manger, cuisine avec toutes les commodités d'une cuisine moderne, buanderie, 4 salles de bain complètes, chacune avec une douche. Une grande terrasse sur le salon et un autre hors d'une chambre en bord de mer.
Situé à quelques pas des plages soyeuses blanches des Caraïbes mexicaines, profiter du soleil sur vos terrasses ou bain de soleil privé de la piscine située à quelques pas de votre porte. La terrasse supérieure a une belle vue panoramique sur le bleu aqua océan vert aussi loin que vos yeux peuvent voir nord et le sud.
Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé en coupe qui pourra accueillir plus de 8 personnes, plus il ya deux chaises latérales. La salle à manger pourra accueillir 8 personnes dans un confort et surplombe l'océan. Si vous aimez cuisiner, cette cuisine vous offre la salle pour préparer des repas gastronomiques, des collations l'après-midi ou des cocktails à 6 pour regarder le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse supérieure. Cette villa est conçu pour divertir et profiter de vos vacances avec des amis ou en famille rassemblés. Beaucoup de vacances ont été célébrés dans cette villa par le propriétaire et de leur famille et les amis.
Si vous louez une voiture, il ya un espace de stationnement disponible. Les bus circulent également à toutes les heures toutes les quelques minutes et ramasser à l'avant de la propriété pour quelques pesos. Ces bus vous emmènent à tous les restaurants de Cancun et les points chauds. Les taxis sont également disponibles à l'avant de la copropriété.

Outstanding Villa on the beach!!!

My family just spent the best week at this villa. It was huge and has the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved the pools (which are about ten feet outside your doorstep) and looking out at the beautiful ocean was such a treat. Miriam was very responsive and met every need immediately. Also we arranged for Chef Mar to come three nights and she made the trip even more special. We will definitely return!

Fantastic

My wife and I took our 5 kids age 14-26 plus a son and daughter in law to this fantastic home on the beach. We usually are go, go, go on vacation, but the amazing view of the ocean, roomy comfortable living area and beach right off our spacious patio had us taking our time every morning before heading out to adventures. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean. We are talking about coming again already. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

The pictures does not due it justice. This place was great. Miram was great, met us at the shuttle and did a very thorough walk through with us. Chef Mar is highly recommeneded. Cooked us 4 delicious meals! Would definitely use her again!

I didn’t see any other place in Cancun that was as close to the beach as we were. Basically we stayed right on the ocean. The only downside is that the pool bar was closed and the food wasn’t very good at the resort. The villa itself was very nice but had a lot of stairs and was not very safe for older individuals. The host was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. Had a private chef that was amazing!

FABULOUS Family Vacation

This is a wonderful property....right on the beach ! Our family of 10 just spent a week here. We loved it ..... this will definitely be where we do our next family trip to Cancun. The location is great, beside being on the beach it is very close to the pool and a wonderful little beach bar/restaurant. Be sure to try the shrimp tacos.......yummy ! Mariam is an amazing house manager ...always on top of everything What a great asset for the owners !! IF you're looking for a large home on the beach......look no farther ....THIS the one you want !

Amazing beach, view and staff !

We stayed at the villa in Dec 2017 and we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the views from the villa. Two of the bedrooms have beautiful ocean views, one with its own private oceanfront patio. The condo is at a very quiet resort where there are no crowds. Playing in the surf is wonderful as there are nice, but manageable waves in front of the villa. The villa had plenty of room for 7 adults and Miriam set us up with a cook so we didn't even have to grocery shop or make meals. I can't stress enough how helpful the staff was that are managing this property, it was truly a wonderful experience. Everything you need is at the condo already, so you need only show up and relax!

Family Treat

This was my first time using VRBO. My siblings and I aged 55-72 with one youngster aged 21 years had a wonderful experience. My initial contact with Miriam was 6 months before my arrival. She responded to every text and phone call immediately. Miriam assisted with Transportation to and from the villa. , day trips, shopping, and other places of interest. We used Chef. Mar who cooked 4 meals for the family and on our last day a Mexican fiesta complete with a game of loterria. Thank you Miriam we cannot wait to return

Awesome!

We had a great time here! Miriam did a great job with our questions before we even arrived and was waiting to welcome our group of 8 when we disembarked at the entrance. She helped us secure transportation from the airport, which was a great start to our vacation. The villa itself was perfect for us and we loved the location. Very clean, modern, and more than enough room. The beach was just a few steps away and the pool area very nice. The highlight of our stay was Chef Mar! We booked her to prepare dinner every night and we’re so glad we did. We can’t recommend her enough. The dinners were outstanding with plenty of food for all. If you’re on the fence about whether to have her cook for you, just do it. We’re already planning a return trip and looking forward to staying here again.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation. The patio had enough chairs for all of us and the beach was not crowded. The only down side of our trip was the wind was very high during our stay, so we were unable to get in the ocean much. The living space was great. All nine of us had plenty of room. The best part of our stay was the private chef, Chef Mar. She was fantastic! Every meal was perfect. We had plenty to eat, but it was so good, we did not have many leftovers. Miriam was extremely helpful. She was quick to communicate and meet our needs. Both Chef Mar and Miriam are 10 out of 10. It allowed us to have a relaxing Spring Break. Tourist tip: If you decide to take the bus to Wal-Mart, it is very inexpensive and we felt safe. However, if you are returning in the afternoon, we found that all of the buses were overcrowded.

Amazing.

We stayed here from Christmas Day and stayed 6 nights. It was amazing. Steps to the beach spacious, clean and comfortable house. There was seven of us with a three year old. We spent a lot of our days sitting on the beach under the beach huts. We did parasailing one day which we rented right off the beach. Amazing massages for $40 right on the beach by us. We did have a private chef come in for two days and prepared a total of four meals. This was awesome. It was $300 for all meals plus your groceries. It depends what you have him make so your groceries might be more. Our chef was Rogelio. The food was amazing. I would recommend to book the chef, if you have a long stay, it cuts down on going out and was relaxing just having him come in and prepare everything and serve you. We took the bus if we needed to go out to eat or to the grocery store. Was very easy and convenient. It was about 65 cents to ride the bus per person one way. If your looking for spacious rooms with beautiful views, steps to the beach, to relax on the sand, swimming pool this is an amazing place. There was a bar that you could get tacos, nachos, that was very good right on the sand but otherwise you have to go elsewhere for restaurants. If you can't do a lot of steps, there is a lot of steps in bedroom areas and outside. Otherwise awesome experience and the manager Miriam was very helpful.

A Great Property for a Family Spring Break Reunion

We were a family of 6 adults and two children 7 and 4 years old meeting in Cancun from three different cities in the US. It was our first time planning a joint vacation and this property met all of our needs and then some. The villa was very spacious, clean, well equipped for cooking (although the dishwasher was very slow), TVs in every room, comfortable beds and lots of towels. Mid week a maid came in to clean and replace all towels/linens. Best of all we had immediate access to the beach and wonderful Cancun sunshine - 2 patios with lots of chairs, chaise lounges and tables and just steps away from the beach, volleyball court, pools and bar and snack bar with occasional live music! The proximity to all these amenities was wonderful, but became a trade off with the night time noise from the pool and bar traffic. We also had 3 resident iguanas just outside the living room window that we all enjoyed watching. There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys and equipment so no need to pack those items. Shampoo, conditioner and bar soap was in each bath. We had generous access to bottled water. There is a safe in the master bedroom and the main door is a keypad entry so everyone could come/go as needed. If you do have a rental car there is space for parking. We rode the buses regularly and found them very easy to negotiate. One of the best things about this property has to be Miriam. She was extremely helpful, responsive to questions and very flexible with an early check in. She also arranged for Marlene to cook for us two of our seven days. We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful home and will consider returning if we are ever back in Cancun. The villa is near the southern end of the Hotel Zone and is part of a low rise development so there is less hustle and bustle. We always felt very comfortable and safe. A dream vacation come true.

We love Cancun!

Other than the heavy presence of sargassum and the strong undertow, which limited swimming in the ocean, our stay was wonderful. We've learned this happens around this time of year, so we will simply plan around it next time. We took our 3 kids with their significant others (ages 21-27) and everyone had their own space. The pool was a huge hit along with the swim-up bar. We rode the bus quite a bit to the store and to nearby restaurants. The stop is right in front of the property and only 1 per person. Our property manager, Miriam, is incredibly attentive and responds quickly to any questions we had. We'll be back!

This place is big and right on the beach. 100 ft from the pool and 100 ft from the beach bar/restaurant. A/C was cold and beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and all of the hosts recommendations worked out very well. Chef Mar made us two dinners, both of which were the best we had on our trip. Highly recommend!

Great location & space for families

The location was awesome right on the beach, we had two families with two kids/teenagers each. Everyone had their own space, Villa was very clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The host was amazing. There is a community pool, community bar where you can order food and drinks. A couple of things to keep in mind is if you have mobility issues it does have a lot of steps, especially in the master. And if you are a light sleeper. Don’t take the master. We could hear the bar in kitchen all night and early morning.

Beautiful villa right in the Zona Hotelera

Beautiful villa, amazingly clean and spacious! You are truly right on the beach in this villa but up and out of the sand. Each room has an individual air conditioner that was wonderful and very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were in good working order. Beach is on the southern end of the Zona Hotelera but you can walk about a mile south on the beach and several miles north and see a bit of what the big resorts have to offer. The villa is in a smaller resort and it had nice thatch umbrellas (palapas) that were generally available right on the beach but our location on our private terrace just above the beach seemed even more optimal. It was VERY windy the whole time we were there, there were constant 15-20 mph winds and the lifeguards often restricted how far into the water you could go as a result but the water itself was warm, blue, beautiful, and pleasant and the temperatures (early April) of water and air were just perfect!

Just as described

We had a wonderful vacation in this awesome house. There’s bedrooms and stairs all over the place and the marble floors are amazing. The view from the deck was really incredible! The check-in was so smooth, Miriam met us and showed us all around the house. It was really great. The chef’s food was wonderful as well. There is really no place to eat anywhere close to the house so you either have to get the chef or you have to arrange to go to a restaurant in downtown Cancun, which is so much fun. If you’re there for a week and you get tired of laying out, most of the resorts have day passes at the all inclusive resorts so we did that for two days of our stay and it was very fun. I will definitely return. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation. The only downside is that the resort this house is connected to is not nice. You really can’t get in the pool (dirty) and there’s really nothing to do. It’s unfortunate because the house is so amazing the surrounding resort is not

Nice place right on the beach

The place was overall great and our host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is really the end of a row of large beachfront condos not a standalone villa but it was spacious and more than enough room for our family. Our young son loved the kids pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach! It’s right there!! 50th Anniversary family trip

The Condo was very comfortable, large and bright with huge windows overlooking the ocean! 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Our favourite place was on the terrace that was right on the beautiful beach!It worked really well for the whole family.

Highly recommend this stay We came with a family of 10 adults and 2 newborns and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. The pool and beach are so close- 20 steps away. White sand beach where we saw baby turtles hatch and momma turtles laying eggs at night—so cool. Those that wanted to do excursions booked through the property and were picked up each day. The best part of this property was Chef Mar- we hired her to cook for us twice a day!! It was sooo yummy and she is so kind and accommodating. We also hired her to buy snacks for our kitchen so we never went shopping. She served us a giant breakfast and dinner as we sat around a big dining room table. It was a great experience having all our children spouses and new grand babies together for breakfast and dinner each day! We will be coming back. Suggestions- if you have a bigger party book this place and a few rooms at the hotel/condos on sight- then your party can still be near one another.

60th birthday vacation

Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great.
