Sandy at the Beach is a newly updated, non-smoking ,three bedroom, three bathroom, two story property with an unheated private pool. Located in the desirable Crystal Beach area, the house can accommodate 11 people including two king beds, bunk beds for the kids, queen sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed. We also stock a new pack and play and a high chair.

The first floor bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the youngsters with adjoining bathroom, direct access to the pool area, and full bathroom with walk in shower. The second floor has two nice sized bedrooms, both with king size beds and two full size bathrooms. The master bathroom shower is oversized , and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom has a balcony.

Enjoy your sunny days at the Shore at Crystal Beach public beach access, (4 minute walk) or in your private pool with wrap around deck while enjoying the propane grill and lounge furniture. There is an outdoor shower for washing the sand off.
We provide several chairs in a bag, a beach umbrella, beach toys for the kids, and a cooler for your drinks, so all you would need to bring are beach towels!

The house is equipped with free wifi, Roku TV and free Netflix. You are welcome to bring a fire stick to access other streaming channels or local news channels.
A full sized washer and dryer is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats eight, plus a breakfast bar with seating for six.

Many wonderful restaurants, shopping and activities are close by. Your location is in the middle of all that Destin has to offer! There are two parking spaces in front of the home, and a driveway in the back (on Matthew Blvd), with parking for two more vehicles.

We do not rent to vacationing persons under 25 years of age., allow parties or large functions. Cause for immediate eviction.
Pets (Dogs only) are allowed with the following stipulations;
$300 per pet fee, with a weight limit of 50 pounds. No more than two pets. Must be housebroken and crated when renters leave them in for the day.

Spring break fun!

We had a wonderful time staying at Crystal Beach and the property managers were amazing to work with! The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the entire Destin area with our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything Delray

Half block from the sand and sea, minutes from grocery, restaurants,bars and stores. Beach was excellent sand was soft. Great time. Did not use the pool as weather was in high 60’s, but it looked great.

Unforgettable

This is our second stay at Sandy at the Beach and we invited more with us this time! We love that the pool light was repaired since last year! We were a little bummed not to see a guest book this time to leave our memories and experience. We stayed Thanksgiving week, and we had everything we needed! Although the dishwasher pod lock wouldn't work, we had no problems spending time in the kitchen working together as a team, and family. The guest that booked with us for this first time experience for them was enamored by the beauty of the home, and the short distance walk to the beach. This year under the new management we got boogie boards and floaties to use! It was convenient not needing to take the trash to the road this year! As long as our group doesn't grow, we will always book here every year! Unforgettable memories made for everyone!

Great location

Great location and easy walk to the beach! House and yard are in need of TLC. The house is very beat up and in need of a deep clean. There is a very nice newer grill that was in great shape and clean. We did need to get propane as the tank was empty. The house has everything you will need as far as meals (pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, colander, cutlery, Keurig and coffee maker-even found an airfryer but did not use) There is a deck box with chairs etc that should be cleaned out (someone left food in one of the chair pockets) For a nice dinner out we highly recommend Boshamps! Amazing food and phenomenal sunsets on the water.

The house was very clean & the beds were SO comfortable. We loved the privacy of the backyard & location of the house. We will definitely return to this spot if ever back in Destin.
