The ski slopes are easily accessible by a brief drive or shuttle, with a convenient shuttle stop within our complex. Summer brings the joy of waterside living, with fishing right outside our door.
Enjoy the included amenities like Internet, Cable TV, fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, and the condo is ready for your arrival, offering all the home comforts you need, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, shared pool, hot tubs, and the Rec center.
Our first-floor condo offers easy access without the hassle of carrying skis, fishing gear, or groceries up many steps. The bedrooms are located at the end of the building, providing privacy as they don't share walls with neighboring units.
The vacation home offers a variety of comfortable sleeping options. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, for ultimate comfort. In the second bedroom, there's a lovely queen-size bed, perfect for relaxing. The third bedroom is great for friends or kids, featuring two single beds for a peaceful night's sleep.
Enhance your stay with complimentary access to the nearby Hi Country Rec Center. Dive into the fun with our inviting indoor pool, melt away your stresses in the soothing hot tubs, or give your holiday an energetic boost at our fully-equipped fitness center. - This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level and parking so not to inconvenience the neighbors.
- No parties, events or large gathering are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without refund in the event of police action or neighbor complaints.
- Quiet hours are between 8:00pm and 9:00am
- No refunds will be given for storms and/or bad weather.
- Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
- In the event you will be provided a set of backup keys upon check-in and you are responsible for lost keys. In the event keys are not returned, you are responsible for the cost of re-keying locks and replacing keys.
- In the event you are locked out of property, please contact us.
-Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items.
- The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise.
- There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions and fox. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside.

3. Windows, side door and front door should locked.
4. Please lock the electronic lock when leaving. If you were provided a house key must be used to lock the front door upon exiting and locked in the lock box.
