Our property is located in the West Ridge neighborhood of Chicago. West Ridge is a diverse and vibrant neighborhood known for its multicultural community, historic architecture, and a wide variety of dining options.

The area features several parks, including Warren Park and Indian Boundary Park, which offer plenty of green space for outdoor activities such as picnics, sports, and hiking. The neighborhood is also home to several cultural institutions, such as the Northtown Public Library and the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.

West Ridge is known for its mix of residential and commercial areas, with many shops, restaurants, and cafes scattered throughout the neighborhood. The area is easily accessible by public transportation, with several bus routes and the CTA Red Line train providing convenient transportation to downtown Chicago and other parts of the city.

West Ridge is a neighborhood located on the far north side of Chicago. There are a few options for getting around West Ridge from both the airport and downtown.

From the Airport:

- Taxi: Taxis are available at both O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. The fare from O'Hare to West Ridge will be around $50-$60, while the fare from Midway will be around $35-$45.

- Public Transit: The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) provides train and bus service throughout the city, including to both airports. From O'Hare, take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Jefferson Park station. From there, transfer to the #155 bus northbound to West Ridge. The total cost will be $5 per person. From Midway, take the Orange Line train towards the Loop and transfer to the #56 bus northbound to West Ridge.

From Downtown:

- Taxi: Taxis are available throughout downtown Chicago. The fare from downtown to West Ridge will be around $25-$35, depending on traffic.

- Public Transit: The CTA provides train and bus service throughout downtown Chicago. Take the Red Line train towards Howard and get off at the Howard station. From there, transfer to the #96 bus westbound to West Ridge. The total cost will be $2.50 per person. Alternatively, you can take the #22 bus northbound from downtown to West Ridge, which will cost $2.50 per person.

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.

HOUSE RULES

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and dogs and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
