The living room boasts a generously-sized couch, a grand fireplace, and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming platforms. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a patio table, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace. There is a powder room conveniently down the hallway from the great room and a spacious laundry room , complete with a washer and dryer, and mudroom with benches, shelves and hooks to store plenty of gear is directly off of the heated garage. Parking for up to 5 cars is available, with space for 2 in the garage and 3 outside the home.
The master bedroom on this level features a king-sized bed, a cozy fireplace, a smart TV, a balcony with a view, and a walk-in closet. The attached bathroom is a true retreat, featuring a large shower with a rain forest shower head, a massage/therapy tub, 2 sinks and a private toilet. The lower level offers mountain views, a spacious family / game room and a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, mini-fridge, and mini wine refrigerator. You'll find a poker table with poker chips, a large smart TV, a pool table, a substantial sofa with seating for 12, a stereo receiver, and access to the hot tub with captivating mountain views. A full bathroom is situated in the hallway, along with a bedroom featuring 2 twin beds and a third master bedroom.
