Luxury Log home which sits on 19 acres surrounded by some of the most beautiful county Colorado has to offer! 360 Views of the nearby Lake Granby and surrounding mountains. Our home is tucked away offering privacy but still just 20 minutes from the quaint town of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, which offers endless attractions. Skiing at Granby Ranch is also down the road!

Welcome to LakeView Lodge! A large retreat with expansive views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains. This home is perfect for a quiet retreat away! Our home features 7 bedrooms across 3 levels with room for everyone to spread out and enjoy!
Our main level (stairs required to access) features a huge gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need to create large family meals, a dining area, and our family room with large sectional, fireplace, and large smart TV. The views out of each floor to ceiling window on this level are breathtaking!
Also on this level you will find our master suite. This suite offers a king bedroom with open loft and en-suite bath. The open loft area offers 2 full size beds making this a perfect space for families with children who want to be close! Off of the family room you will find a queen size bedroom, and a full size bedroom with shared hall bath. Making this level complete with 4 sleeping spaces.
On our upstairs level you will find a full size bedroom with a hall bath.
Our entry level offers a beautiful queen bedroom with hall bath. This bedroom has deck access and again VIEWS! Also on this level is a bunk room with sitting area. You will find 1 set of full over full bunks in this space. Down the hall is our second bunk room with 6 built in twin beds and attached full bath.
Our private hot tub also sits on this level right below our upper level deck.
Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD cable TV. We also offer high speed internet with WiFi connection. You will need to bring a laptop or other device with you to access the internet.
General Amenities: All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

- 25 minute drive to Ski Granby Resort Parking Lot (where entrance, the Ranch House, and
the various seasonally-available dining options are located).
- 25 minute drive to Granby Ranch Golf Course
- 20 minute drive to Grand Elk Golf Course
- 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain
National Park
- 60 minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort
- 30 minute drive to Hot Sulphur Springs
- 15 minute drive to Lake Granby
- 20 minute drive to City Market (Groceries), McDonalds, & Subway
- 20 minute drive to town of Granby
**Please note our home is off the beaten path and does require 4-wheel drive to access in the winter months.
Please be advised that the staircase in this home does have varying heights.
This property does have noise monitoring systems and outdoor camera's to protect our property. No camera's face home interior rooms or hot tub area.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 5 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same neighborhood!
