From here, the expansive living room opens up across the main level and features cozy seating options, a warm gas fireplace, flat screen TV with Xfinity cable & streaming services, deck access, and expansive mountain views of Winter Park Resort. Walk over to the modern kitchen and chat with the chef while still enjoying those mountain views from every angle. From here, hosting a meal is easy with two dining options, either at the eight person table or the kitchen hightop table with seating for four. Or if dining al fresco is more your style, head out onto one of the two decks to grill on the gas grill and soak in the fresh mountain air. When you're ready to relax and play some games, check out the lower level lounge with a large flat screen TV, Pac-Man video game, shuffleboard table, reading nook, game table, gas fireplace, and access to the bubbling private hot tub.

Speaking of the loft, head upstairs to the open loft that's perfect for overflow sleeping with two Twin daybeds. Downstairs hosts three more bedrooms including one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and a Bunk Room with two sets of Twin/Full bunks. These bedrooms share two full bathrooms off the lower level lounge and all the bedrooms are outfitted with hotel-style luxury linens.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway. This neighborhood has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
