Welcome to The Aspen Lodge! We are located in Winter Park, Colorado.
Within minutes from your doorstep you can enjoy year round outdoor activities including world-class snow skiing and snowboarding, cross-county skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing and miles of amazing trails for you and your guests to explore. Downtown is within walking or biking distance!

Luxurious mountain retreat with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, 8,259 square feet. Our home sleeps 19 guests!
The main level includes a large gourmet kitchen, living room with ample seating, views, and fireplace, dining room, and game room with pool and shuffleboard table, perfect for a group to spend an unforgettable time together.
On our upstairs level you will find our master bedroom with king bed and 5 piece en-suite bath. We also have a loft area with sleeper sofa on this level.
Our basement level features 3 king bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one of our king bedrooms on this level also has a queen size sleeper sofa in the room). A queen bedroom and bunk room with 2 sets of queen over queen beds and shared hall bath. We also have a family room with large sectional sofa, TV, and 2 sets of queen over queen bunks in this room!
Additionally our home offers a full apartment over the garage complete with kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, full bathroom, and queen size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances such as a gas cooktop, dual ovens, and an over-sized refrigerator and freezer. We have all the amenities you need to cook large meals for your group as well as plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home such as double crockpots, a rice cooker, Keurig, and Sâmore maker. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!
General Amenities: We provide bath towels as well as extra towels for the hot tub. We also provide a starting supply of necessities -toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. You may even have enough for your entire stay!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). We also have a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.
Get ready to make some wonderful memories here in Winter Park and at our beautiful mountain home!
House Rules:
1.) Quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. No outdoor noise or sound coming from indoors that can be heard outdoors is permitted during these hours (ie; loud music, any noise that can be heard outside coming from indoors. No one is to be outdoors and no hot tub use is permitted during these hours.). Any noise violations will result in a fine up to $3000.00 and possible eviction.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) We do require 2 phone numbers you can be reached at during your stay.
5.) No more than 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
6.) No smoking- All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
7.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
8.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
9.) No pets allowed in our home at anytime. **Due to severe owner allergies, guests traveling with service animals are kindly requested to choose another property.
Important to note- We do use NoiseAware to monitor guests noise levels while in our home. We also do have an outdoor camera in the yard. We do have very strict HOA policies that require guests to be indoors by 9pm (no hot tub or patio use) and no indoor noise that can be heard outside is permitted from 9pm-7am. $1500 fine does apply for violations. We also do require a signed rental agreement and $2000 security deposit.
Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same neighborhood!
