The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV, the second bedroom has a high-end quality leather queen sofa sleeper and TV, and a spacious living space with a high-end quality leather queen sofa sleeper.
Enjoy the superb location of this magnificent new resort with all amenities, including a huge rooftop pool, hot tub, entertainment, gym, bar, and shops. Explore Boardwalk restaurants, boat rentals, parks. Dogs under 50 lb are allowed at no fee. No car needed.
Professional seamless check-in 24/7 at the resort front desk.

A one-time check-in fee of $50 is payable to the resort upon arrival.
Resort fee is mandatory and is not included in the rent. Resort fee is $35 per condo per day. For stays longer than 30 days resort fee is $20 per condo per day.
The resort fee includes the use of all amenities, rooftop pool and pool towels, gym, extra toiletries (shampoo, toilet paper, etc.), 2 beach recliners and towels, daily poolside entertainment, and fresh bedding and towels every 5th day of your stay.
Resort valet parking fee is not included.

Great location

We enjoyed our week long stay here. There were five of us....3 adults and 2 children (3 generations) and there was plenty of room. The location was great....so close to the broadwalk, but far enough to have it be quiet at night. Having the roof top pool and gym was fantastic. Our host Irene did her very best to be responsive, but it seems there may be a bit of a disconnect with the hotel's front desk (did not get all the towels we should have and when the new bedding was provided, they did not give us pillow cases...had to follow up multiple times). It was greatly appreciated that we were able to check in early. Couldn't open the slider from the bedroom, but that didn't bother us too much as we could get to the balcony from the living room. Sleeper sofas were very uncomfortable....wish the second bedroom had a proper bed instead of a sleeper sofa. Ended up putting mattresses on the floor at night and that was much better. Decent views of the ocean and intercoastal. Kitchen was well equipped, but wish there was a pasta strainer. We would certainly come back.

Great place

The place was in a great location. Two minute walk to the beach and the Boardwalk. Plenty of space for four adults. Utensils, cookware, coffee pot, tea kettle, fridge stove and cooktop all available. The check in was seamless. The rooftop was the best part. The pool, hot tub, bar and views were amazing. All the bartenders and waitstaff were so accommodating. Beach towels were available for the pool and the beach. Definitely could use more bath towels. The hotel only changes them out every five days. There were six towels for four people. Also, the tvs can be tricky, the channels needed to be loaded. It reads no signal on the screen when first turned on, so some instructions would have been helpful. All in all a great place and we would stay here again and again!!! Thank you Irene for hosting us.
