Very comfortable beachfront condominium with magnificent beach and pool views day and night! Nicely decorated in an elegant building in a great area. From the spacious balcony you can hear the sound of the waves.Great for the whole family. Kids are very welcome.
Two large heated swimming pools and two gyms, cable tv, and free WiFi available all around the property. 24 hr security.

Sleeps 6 comfortable . 4 adults and two kids under 12 years old .
Complete fully equipped kitchen and more. We are proud of keeping our condo very, very clean, with comfortable beds, towels, and good quality pillows and linens to make your stay as relaxing as possible. We want you to love our place as much as we do.
7 minutes to the Hollywood boardwalk.
5 minutes to beautiful Gulfstream Casino and horse track, 10 minutes to Aventura mall, walking distance to Walmart and many restaurants, 20 minutes to the Beautiful and famous Hard Rock casino and South Beach. 15 mins to Ft Lauderdale International airport and Ft Lauderdale cruise port. 30 minutes to t he port of Miami and Miami airport
This is the best area in Hollywood, a couple buildings down from the famous Diplomat hotel The Hyde and short distance to the famous Hollywood boardwalk. *RESORT CHARGES PARKING AND FOB’S Parking up to 1 week $100.00 Parking up 2 weeks $125.00
Parking up to 3 weeks $150.00 Parking for a month $175.00 The building require a$20 deposit for a tag to hang in your car that open the parking gates which is refundable when you return the tag. If you are planing to leave at a time that the office is closed give the tag to my assistant and he will give you the $20p.

Location and beach access was excellent! The place could have been a little cleaner and could have had more supplies. We had to buy extra toilet paper and things. But otherwise it was a great place for a beach trip!

Nice condo, great view. Plenty of space for two travelers. Check in process was confusing. We were initially told that we had to check in at the office with Marcelo present. Once we arrived, we were told that the office was closed and that Marcelo would meet us the next day to check in. When I messaged Marcelo the next day asking what time he wanted to meet at the office, he told us we could check in by ourselves.

The location is tight on the beach, the first row of hotels. This made beach access very easy. There were umbrellas and beach loungers available on the beach, and some extra chairs in the closet. The only thing i did not like is that it was noisy at night and the sheets were made of plastic. Also, I wished the skillets were not all scratched. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean. I wish the people working for the building and for the apartment management would speak english.

Alina sorry about the noise but you rented on a holiday (December 25th )normally the place is very quit. We have no Plastic of sheets lol and we are changing all of the pans that are scratch as you mention . Please my advice is to let the host know before so we can correct any problems at the moment. The property was as advertised the view from the balcony was great peaceful and relaxing!Walk to beach is easy and our host was very responsive and helpful.When checking in bring all your guests to avoid them having to go back and get a bracelet for the grounds.overall had a great time!

Great Location, But Falls Short on Comfort

The apartment has an excellent location, which we really appreciated. However, both the building and the apartment itself show signs of age. Some furniture would definitely benefit from replacement, and a more thorough cleaning—especially before arrival—would be highly recommended.For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

Peter, I'm really sorry to hear that you're not happy with the building and the apartment. However, the pictures accurately represent how our apartment looks, including our furniture. I don't understand your complaint. I've had the same cleaning team working here for 7 years. We always check the apartment before any guest arrival. Our prices are actually lower than any hotel room in the area, and our apartment offers much more space, including a full kitchen, and more: 950 sq ft.

Wonderful stay. Properry was clean and great view from balcony.

We enjoyed our trip! The property was great, close to everything, very spacious with great views!! If I needed anything, the property manager was extremely attentive and ensured I had my questions answered. Highly recommend!
