A Peaceful 3 Bedroom, 2Bath

Welcome to this three bedroom, two bathroom house. On this property there is an outdoor pool. All three bedrooms have a Queen size bed, the master bedroom has T.V. This property is 25 miles away from south beach and 7 miles away from Hollywood beach. Come on down and enjoy all that this beautiful property has to offer.

Please notice the following, the rear apartment is rented permanently, pool, patio and laundry room are shared, do not leave unattended laundry. The pool is ONLY for guests. Do not book if the purpose of your visit is to have a pool party and bring in friends or family.
No noise outside after 10 PM, you may be vacationing but the neighbors are not. Thank you, please acknowledge by replying understood.

The place exactly like pics Me and my family enjoyed the family oriented environment and the kitchen was our favorite it had every essentials items needed to prepare meals . The pool was clean and fun . Plus had a mango tree. Will defined book again great location

First time in Miami

Rafael and his wife were amazing! They told us where all the great restaurants were to try, and all the activities that we could have fun as a family doing. He stayed in contact and was available and anytime we needed him! I would definitely stay again :-)

Worst VRBO experience ever

Many issues here, it was the owner/manager who was still there cleaning at 5pm, even after requesting to get in early at 2pm to which he said no that he had painting to do. We arrived at 5:15pm, he was still in house. He had left the bathroom cleaning supplies out, rugs in disorder, no garbage bags, some electric outlets did not work or did not have covers on them/wires exposed. The pool area is filled with clutter, ie: cement mixer, spare tire. The inside of house was fine, a bit outdated, door knobs were loose. Once we were able to get in and thought he had left, we noticed he was still hanging around in his car waiting for workers to show up to do maintenance and other tasks around the house for the weekend while we were there. Then shortly after two men were walking around the yard close to the house. I expressed my concern to him, so he did finally leave and reschedule his maintenance. There is someone else living in the back of the house so it is not exactly private with another car in the driveway. I did ask for a refund and would go find another location as it felt awkward/unsafe staying there after the confrontation with the owner/manager about the issues, but he declined a refund. We ended up staying the weekend which was fine. Avoided the pool as it is a community pool with the person living in the back of the house, and all of the clutter. Hence, the night time photo of the pool. I spoke with VRBO who was no help in the matter. They actually hung up on me.

There is a reason the picture of the pool is in the dark... The pool deck was under construction during our stay. There was debris and garbage in the backyard. We didn't use the pool at all. Some of the outlets didn't work. Positive the host was kind and helpful. Located close to stadium and activities. sheets and bedding during our stay.

Multi unit smoking residence with 3 dogs

The host was very nice & allowed us early entry & late stay & the house fit our needs. The host communicated & responded to my messages quickly. BUT... As soon as you open the door, the STRONG smell of weed punches you in the face. The reason is because this property was once 1 house that was split off into 2 with shared walls & tenants. The tenants were extremely nice but smoked and had 3 dogs. The workmanship of split was NOT of high quality because the smoke, dog & industrial smell was very strong all times & it made everything we brought smell HORRIBLY. Kitchen smell was so strong. We all had headaches while in the property that stopped once we were out & about. Also we could tell when tenants were present because the smoke smell was even stronger, as if smoking beside us. The smell is still in our suitcases, bags & shoes- even after being aired out for a week outside. Even after things were washed, they still stunk. Aside from the smell, the cleanliness was not up to par. There was a chewed TBone steak bone in the living room (from a dog), a wave brush on the couch, as well as weave & hair in the main bathroom & tub. We had to clean the floors & every surface before we unpacked. The wipes, cloths & swiffer wets we used were black with IDK what. Even the cloths used on the couches were black. The pool was accessible; however as females we did not feel comfortable using it with the tenants present, as their living room windows & door were 2 steps from the pool stairs.

Enjoyable Girls’ Trip

We enjoyed our recent stay at Pembroke Pines. The three bedrooms worked well for our group of five and the young adults enjoyed the pool. Rafael had great communication and was flexible with the check-in and check-out times.

Great location

Our stay at Rafael's home was perfect. The house is centrally located to malls, shopping centers and restaurants. I had to change my vacation dates several times and Rafael was very gracious in accommodating our requests. We would definitively stay here again.

“Very fun and relaxing vacation”

We enjoyed our vacation stay at this property. The owner’s were very personable, kind and accommodating. The property was in a well kept neighborhood and very comfortable to stay in with all the necessary amenities. It was also centrally located which made shopping and access to main streets relatively easy. Also, having a pool on the property made it very enjoyable for my family.

Rafael was very helpful with our last minute booking because of a family emergency.

Rafael made sure the rental was ready and available with very little notice. It was very easy to book, check in and check out. Thank you for your help at a very difficult time for our family.
