Upon entering this townhome, you will immediately notice the tasteful coastal decor and the beautifully renovated kitchen, featuring granite countertops, gas range, and stainless-steel appliances. Continue down the hallway that opens into the dining and living area. The dining area features a large table with seating for six. Living area offers ample, comfortable seating with a large flat screen television, a murphy bed (the perfect combination to maximize space and functionality), & a sliding door that opens up to your own private covered porch.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One with a King bed and one with a Queen. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions and large closets. King bedroom also offers a vanity/dressing area and a door to a private second floor balcony. Adjoining the bedrooms is a second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A stackable washer and dryer is also located upstairs.

Beachwalk is a low-density complex, located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. It is located just 5 minutes west of Pier Park & Frank Brown Park, and 10 minutes east of Scenic 30A. This complex offers guests a large community swimming pool, tennis courts, & shuffleboard courts. This particular unit is located at the south end of the complex, making it just a short 10-minute walk to the white sand beach.

Each unit at Beachwalk has one free designated parking space directly in front of the unit. There are also several free "Visitor" parking spaces throughout the complex. No crowded parking garage or waiting on elevators here!

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Spacious place a short walk to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home, it had everything we needed for our stay! Loved being able to park right in front of the unit, made loading and unloading so easy unlike the high rises. This was our first time in PCB and we'll definitely be back!

Bad start AND Worse finish

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation to any working man or woman means they try to get away from work or sounds of others working, sleeping in late mornings or to get a good nights sleep!? Drove 11-12 hours to get to the condo AND the 1st morning we were woken up by men with chop saw, hammer drill guns loud sounds, and loud talking right outside our 2nd story patio door at exactly 7:01am. Total disregard for those that are asleep I called and emailed and of course they stopped the work, and they called me back to explain they needed to repair a water pipe leak. The place was clean except I noticed a discoloration in the kitchen ceiling, and took after the call that management knew it was like that because they were aware of the pipe leak the ceiling dry wall was already dried up tan/brown. After a week stay it so happened on the very last night going into the early AM, I heard water pouring out hitting the tile floor down stairs AT 4:00am the morning we have to checkout at 10:00! I set out pots to catch the water that was pouring out of the light fixture ( extreme fire hazard ) plaster falling ceiling because the water was pouring out I being proactive so the kitchen damage would not be more for the management company. I called and no answer and emailed to explain how extremely upset I was to be woken up like this especially with the 11-12 Hr drive we had to go back home, and all I got was a simple cold email of we will send someone over. Pretty much after your checkout have a safe drive back home, To me no concern of the sleep I lost of being woken up on my vacation, and in the email they stated they weren’t aware of the discoloration on the ceiling. So does this mean they don’t check the property before the next vacationers check-in, also any respectable company like a hotel would offer a financial refund of 1-2 nights stay back to you because of the loss of sleep you experienced on their property BUT not here. Hope this review will make them reach out & compensate for bad ex
