Greetings, Thank you and we hope to accommodate you next time. In regards to the Dim yellow turtle light on the back porch . This is required by the state law and is a 10k fine . The reason for this dim yellow bulb is because of the sea turtles so they can find their way back to the ocean after hatching . That is why I have the portable solar lights . However; I will try to find a portable yellow light to take in & out the back deck . Please be aware that the permanent light fixture that is there must stay a yellow turtle light . Also I sent you a 5 star rating and thank you for sharing this helps improve for our future guests . We hope to see you and your family again next time .

This reservation was canceled due to nonpayment ( Partial payment ) This is all verified by Vrbo and the owner . The guests were not at this location once they were informed after multiple calls texts messaging on Vrbo and email. Vrbo also tried contacting the booking client . Manager explained that access will be denied and police would be contacted . Due to no response from rhe person booking this reservation . We finally received a call from the daughter in-law claiming they were not able to go but that the mother-in-law was in the unit . So due to nonpayment , noncompliance this reservation was canceled by management and Vrbo management Maintenance was present within 24 hours / door access was changed and did not allow access to this property. The above guests were not at this location and they DID NOT meet with anyone at this location . After multiple calls finally a daughter in-law finally reached out from a different number stating they were in the unit but refused to finalize the payment stating it was a mother-in-law reservation. Please Note Vrbo tried to contact the guests and also verified this problem and helped assist with canceling the reservation due to non partial payment never received after multiple requests , Note: during Spring break you must have the adult age 25 and up booking the reservation present . Requirements are that the booking guest must be present with verification. Unfortunately no one was present after Maintence and owner arrived. We did explain that the police would be contacted if they were occupying this unit without payment or adult present . They did not stay at this townhome. This reservation was canceled with Vrbo due to nonpayment and then booked by other guests not affiliated with the above reservation see dates . Thank you Brandy , management
