The living room has a sofa bed (can sleep 2). Linens and blankets supplied. The downstairs /1st floor bedroom has a Queen bed. There are 2 upstairs/ 2nd floor bedrooms consisting of 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 single and a single futon style sofa bed (linen set and pillow supplied) and the other bedroom has 3 single beds and another single futon style sofa bed (linen set and pillow supplied).
We have a crib (travel style) with linens and blanket supplied.
There is a 6 person hot tub and outside pool - 6 matching lounger chairs and pool toys complement the pool experience. Both are serviced and maintained weekly and after every guest.
Large pond with 2 kayaks, life vest and paddle. Fenced off front yard. Pets welcome.
The caretaker lives on site in a separate building and will park in the driveway occupying 1 space.
General information: Lawn care will be there at the property on Thursday's - they will enter the grounds, mow the yard and leave as soon as possible.

The pond is 5' deep in the middle. The swimming pool is 4' deep. Swimming is at your own risk and discretion.
