This Villa is located on the top (2nd) floors with a rear balcony that leads to the shared heated pool . Perfect for lounging or a swim. There is also a gas BBQ for use during your stay. You'll be located in the quiet, five-unit Villas by the Sea where you can stroll the newly built pier, savor delicious meals at the many restaurants, or catch some live music in the evening at a local pub like the Bridge Tender Inn. Park your car in the assigned spot and hop on the free trolley to get around. This condo has been completely remodeled and features all newer furnishings & decor. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. You'll also have free WiFi access and shared laundry facility.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
