Anna Maria Beach Condo 1/1

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. This is a one bedroom with full kitchen and covered balcony with some ocean view. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen and a large bathroom with garden bath tub. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking.

The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve but space for everyone. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. The view outside your room is Mainly trees and the condo next door but there is ocean view through the trees.

It’s the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; the 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, dining table with an additional dining table on the covered patio. Seats 10 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with a sectional couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads and a jacuzzi bath tub. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, basic cable, and wifi.

For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.
